What do you like best about the product?
I like the large number of ready-made templates and scenes, convenient interface, large selection of avatars, high-quality voices, high video processing speed and reasonable price
What do you dislike about the product?
In Synthesia, I like everything in general. But I would like to have more different avatars similar to my clients and more ready-made templates. I didn't like the too strict video moderation rules
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia solves several key issues in video content creation:
It saves time on video production. No need to shoot real video or look for voiceover actors. Just upload the script - and AI will generate the finished video.
It allows scaling video production. You can quickly create large volumes of educational or marketing videos.
It simplifies content localization. Text can be easily auto-voiced in dozens of languages.
It makes videos more accessible for people with visual or hearing impairments through subtitles.
This helps me as a marketer:
Create explanatory videos quickly and cheaply.
Localize content for foreign clients.
Automate routine video production tasks.
Make educational materials more inclusive.

Excellent for marketing videos
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is user friendly and easy to get used to. One or two videos in, I felt like I could really bring our ideas to life in a very efficient manner. Would certainly recommend to any business looking to enhance their in-house marketing efforts in a really cost effective manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to write about here. It's a new technology, so there may be some bugs, but I've been using it for a couple months now and have already seen improvements. This stuff is all improving exponentially, and Synthesia does not dissapoint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure exactly what they're solving at the moment, but I've seen an improvement in the avatars and video generation over the past couple of months.
Incorporating talking avatars into eLearning modules adds a whole new level of learner engagement.

The wide variety of avatars available and the ability to select a given target language.
What do you dislike about the product?
Most developers today use more than one monitor. It would be useful to be able to undock the various panels thus maximising screen real estate.

It's a perfect tool. Nothing to dislike so far.

Text are boring, with video our courses are more engaging.

- Limited avatar gestures. Having more would be helpful.

Adding more gestures and the ability to have more than one avatar on any given scene, are among the updates being made by Synthesia.

What do you like best about the product?
I have wanted to create vidoes for my site for year but the process was too hard. This new tool has allowed me to create 7 videos in 2 months. Amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is fantastic but it would be better if the avitars didn't look quick so robotic. I am sure this will get better over time.

Able to create videos quickly and optimize the script without a million takes.
It's amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
It's allowed me to communicate redundant information to new clients and to provide information to them to answer their frequently asked questions. I haven't tried other avatars due to the value that Synthesia has delived. Fast support, and it's so easy a child could use it.

Nothing at all. Love the program and it has helped to make my clients more satisfied and informed.

Explaining processes and providing information to both new clients and prospecive clients.
Few ups and downs, valuable tool that still need some development

Very easy to use, quick learning curve, support throughout.
Great diversity in terms of characters, great amount of voices, but sometimes it is difficult to match them.

What do you dislike about the product?
Characters still look really robotic in the anunmations and with the voices.
It is also unclear what Synthesia would flag as inappropriate or not (working in Pharmaceuticals all the materials we create is for educational purposes, and sometimes needs citations, so if these are not allowed I could see it becoming an issue in the future).

Making educational content for our Company in a way that is faster than recording
Great tool in AI age
What do you like best about the product?
I can easily create videos for my How-To content. Dsahboard is nice
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot make Thumbnails for videos, Synthesia should give an option to create thumbnails of these AI avatars
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quite efficient and fast to make videos, i dont have studio at office but still can make good videos through AI avatars.
Good, the future and down right difficult
What do you like best about the product?
Making 'real life looking' avatars doing basic demonstrations is a breeze. The avatars that move a bit is very effective. I guess things will improve regarding the avatars being programmed to look in various directions, like at another avatar in conversation (hint!).
What do you dislike about the product?
Contacting Synthesia's sales team to obtain corporate pricing. Their web automation is great, fast, reliable and can get a small presentation downloaded in minutes – this to me offsets the human factor which took almost a month to reply with basic pricing.

Saving production time.
