Easy peasy for non-designers or marketing degrees
What do you like best about the product?
It has a lot of tools and elements that allow me to create videos the way I need them to be without having to worry about animation or other skills required in video creation in the past
What do you dislike about the product?
Spanish voices still sound a bit to robotic. Also, I would love to have the function of strech a video that has no script to the lenght that I desired. I would love to have different choices for the transition of the scenes (I don't know if I'm using it wrong hehe)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem Synthesia is solving is that nobody really likes using their voices and faces as the representation of campaigns and projects. Therefore, the voices reading my script made possible for me to generate certain videos.
An efficient and powerful tool
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia does a great job at making the A.I. tools accessible to all levels of creators in a user-friendly but efficient user interface. Furthermore, its service is fast and aesthetically pleasing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being set up like PowerPoint, Synthesia is not a full video editing tool. While adding videos is available, there is not a lot of video editing power. A smaller note is there can only be one avatar per slide (meaning only one voice and one language).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having issues with a long and arduous video content creation timeline, Synthesia swoops in to help streamline that process and make a faster, more efficient video creation timeline.

What do you like best about the product?
Its a dynamic tool with user friendly navigation.
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more cutomization options like smart charts, layouts to suit individual's needs.

Enabling me to develop in-house training modules.
Great texto-to-video tool
What do you like best about the product?
Compared to other players, it's the most complete solution in the market. Customer service is excellent!
What do you dislike about the product?
Rendering should be faster, there should be the option for exporting videos in 4k, and pronunciation correction should be better for languages other than English, maybe using IPA.

Scalability in content production. Fast video editing and correction.

Fast Easy and cheap
What do you like best about the product?
time, I managed to finish a video that needed too much time to create in real life and would cost too much but with Synthesia the cost and time were amazing, like it

I need more characters and voices for sure and work more in other languages.

Easy to use and very intuitive, but lacks in some areas.
What do you like best about the product?
I loved the ease of use, the intuitive user interface and how simple the task of making a quick edit is. The processing time is fast and efficient, and the voice selections are very good. Some of the obviously older voices are a little robotic in their sound and diction, but overall, most of the english speaking voices are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
We have an extensive list of distributors located throughout the world including but not limited to Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. We made a test video in French, German, Italian, Spanish, and Korean. The feedback from Korea was that the language used in the video was not Korean but a "jumbled language." French and Italian feedback was similar. The AI algorythms will need to be adjusted and refined. Would not recommend using any other language than the native language the script is written in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia solves the need for a "talking head" for quick marketing and trainign content we want to produce to promote our products. A few more medical professional looking Avatars would be great for us!

Easy to use, huge time saver, allows complete controll of the content, easy redesign and maintainace. Simply perfect tool with high quality results.

Only thing I would for now upgrade are conectors for shapes.

In my case, working with 2D or 3D animation studios for creating Video tutorials is very time consuming. Changes, updates are also huge waiste of time.
It really saved my time and provided results even better than with animation studios.
