A Positive Experience
What do you like best about the product?
Creating a short video from start to finish is incredubly easy. The updated feature of creating videos portrait orientation is the most convenient for my company.
What do you dislike about the product?
It should be easier to create templates from previously created videos. Needing to create them seperate of an actual video is a pain so I haven't bothered to create many.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia has drastically lowered the cost of creating videos. All our customers aren't necesarrily interested in real actors because of the high cost at scale. Synthesia helps us drastically lower that cost and offer an affordable alternative to their liking.

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly interface and life like avatars with perfect lip sync and gestures.

a bit too pricy for SMES if you want to go for custom avatars

we dont have to get a professional video crew to create listing videos for our projects.
Very cool and useful technology
What do you like best about the product?
Great for being able to make a video on how something works, then change it at any time with only a short time to get a whole new video. Much better than having to record over again.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they had some Australian accents, as I want to make the videos relevant to our audience in Sydney. I have used an English accent, but it would be much better with male or female professional Australian.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making videos to explain how something works, plus we did our outgoing voicemail message.

What do you like best about the product?
It is fun to work with Synthesia. Great templates, individual actors, realistic voices and easy handling.
What do you dislike about the product?
What could be improved: More different language voices, depending on the country.

The creation of target group optimized videos. I save time. Because there are many templates and I do not have to put myself in front of the camera.
A seamless experience
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful aspect of Synthesia was the easy-to-use layout. I was able to create realistic avatar videos in multiple languages in record time! Compared to competitors, it exceeded my expectations in terms of ease of use as well as realism in different languages.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside of Synthesia was the sometimes unpredictable time to generate videos. Overall, however, it was still relatively quick (within minutes). Possible improvements would include more avatars and more voicing options.

Synthesia is helping me solve the problem of low user engagement and helping to increase active participation.
Amazing tool for innovation in education
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia allows me to offer options for video development to faculty beyond themselves getting in front of the camera. So easy to use, and fast processing.

I wish we had more avatar options. More diversity in options.

Synthesia allows me to create instructional videos without having to worry about scheduling and working around live talent. The speed of use and implementation is awesome.

Ease of use and available avatars. I like the opportunity to clone voices and create custom avatars suing green screens.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not real pleased with pricing model for a mid-level corporate type user. Also there needs to be improvment on how text is displayed and timing of same as one might have with ARTICULATE'S Storyline.

Access to talent and the ability to makes eeits on the fly when ever and where ever I am. I'm extremely productive with this platform. My offerings to clients has increased also and the same with quick turn times.
