Streamline your video creation
What do you like best about the product?
I love how Synthesia allows you or your team to create uniform videos that can be altered quickly by just changing the script.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is bandwidth. Sometimes you have to reload during creation or wait for content to process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Uniform professional videos and eventually a quick way to convert videos to multiple languages.

What do you like best about the product?
Setting up a Video is easy and fun. UX is great, the options are great and the alignment of objects works like a charm. I tested other tools and alignment was quite a hazzle there...
The customer service is great and really straight forward. I had an issue where an svg Image flapped while rendering and they added extra rendering time instantly.
The recent update of stock voices gives much better opportunities to get the perfect fit ov voice and avatar.
I only used AI Script Generation once since I do have another scope and workflow creating my videos. First impression was great and I will use it more often when starting to generate social media assets.

What do you dislike about the product?
The variety of avatars is limited in personal accounts which is ok but all new avatars are only added to the enterprise subscription and since today there is no payed option to add single avatars.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We don't need an external agency for the video content produrction anymore. After drafting the text we can directly proceed with the final production. Time spent from the idea until the final product is uploaded to the web is very few
Really smooth and easy
What do you like best about the product?
The options for templates and characters. Makes it very easy to use and is very efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
API's are there. But no new APIs are being added. I would love to use more of Synthesia but this is a limitation for our business. The one feature we really wanted on APIs is the audio preview for a character.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making our onboarding experience a lot smoother. We have people who are very excited to see their name on an AI video. It would've been really hard for us to communicate if it wasnt for Synthesia.

What do you like best about the product?
1. It is easy to use. Even if you have no experience with video editing, you can create professional-looking videos with Synthesia.

What do you dislike about the product?
The avatar's movements can be a bit stiff and unnatural.
I feel the need for more avatars ( full body presence ) in order to have complete body language.
Working with different layers in the same slide to create nice animations can be challeging.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create video training and very easy to adapt the content for different countries this is unvaluable. Of course a good translation app is handy as well to make this happen. No need anymore to deliver same training for a 1000 times.
Intuitive and well-documented app
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that it is very rapid to use, and also intuitive. Moreover, in cases of questions it is very easy to ask for help and receive a very rapid ans usually very usefull feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find that it could be helpful to be also able to export synthesia as a pptx format. Moreover, a lot of the photos and animations in the library are not usable because they have a writing on it. Lastly, an additional helpful feature would be to more easily be able to download content from other apps, for instance in order to create a cartoon video etc...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to create very intuitive and well explained tutorials, thanks to the diverse voices of the avatars that are particularly realistic.
Amazing AI Technology
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it helps me to create training content quickly and professionally. The features were really easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think some features are still being built like customizable clothes and other great features. Hopefully, they get rolled out soon!

Making learning materials more livelier. It helps me to make my videos and training content simpler and more fun to listen to!
One thing missing.
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I'm able to create a character or take a physical person, to manipulate the uses to promote my goods and services.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't take the character and make it a 3D dimensional. And use it like a interview or AQ and a session
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of coming out with 2000 or $3000 for a production team. Create my video, it allows me to use a visual presentation and make our sales pitch to the potential client. Which makes it easier and makes a sympathetic ear
Love this product
What do you like best about the product?
It's crazy what this can do and how quickly. Amazing updates and templates gallore. It's an awesome product you won't regret adding to your tools. I have not found a software even close to this.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the AI lip sync was a little cleaner but it's getting better. I would love to have quizzing built into this, that would take this to the next level.

When it comes to creating a video outline, using the AI within the product really helps. I am more productive and get the projects done and dialed in much faster that before!
Excellent tool if you're well prepared
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which we could make the videos work. A quick overview of the tool and you can get started.
What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up variables that I could reuse with emphasis and diction. Ability to copy the copy the workbook with all the avatars built in would be nice.
