What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, super quick, time to value is perfect. I would not consider any other tool for the job.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I'm quite attracted a few of the Avatars, and that is a new level of sadness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia is providing a relatable and engaging approach to SaaS training and also allows me to direct new starters to the right place with a feeling of interaction.
An easy way to act
What do you like best about the product?
I had the possibility to find the right character/avatar to tell my stories. Really easy and quick to manage.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have the possibility to have my personal avatar but by now the price for it is too much :-(
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Release a video with a lot of details is a very hard job, 'cause you have to memorize all the info and explain each point with a smiling face. Further you have to manage audio and video stuff. Synthesia help me to create a professional video with just small and easy steps. and I'm very happy for the final result.

The tool is constantly improving in terms of accents, accuracy and features

We primarily use Synthesia for VO development, which became timely and costly

Lipsync for text to video, easa uf use. Great Customer Support.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an opportunity to step up when it comes to equallity of dB levels of the generated mp4 files, as well as resolution (4K please!-). Clothing style of Avatars does not reflect a global audience.

What do you like best about the product?
I work in the field of life sciences and it is constantly necessary to create new trainings for co-workers and customers. With syntehsia we have found a tool where we can quickly create trainings, that look professional and we can adapt them easily in different languages wich is a gamechanger for our export clients.
Syntehsia is already working so good, and I am so excited for all the new features in 2024.

There are no special dislikes. If there are any problems, you can reach the support in the shortest possible time.

we no longer have to hold training sessions one on one, but can offer trainings on demand.
A great video creation experience
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia has saved our team many hours of time in video editing and production. Our CEO loves the work we've been able to produce in such a short amount of time. It's fun to use, easy to use, and very professional looking. The wide diversity of avatars is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I found it tricky to match the markers with the animation. I feel this could be more user-friendly. I often ended up deleting the markers altogether as it was too hard.

The time involved in editing and production of inhouse training videos. It has saved us a lot of money.

I really like that I don't have to take own videos in a very simple way. The approach is very straightforward.

Pricing is a bit challenging. There could be a different and flexibel pricing model with more choices.
