Amazing Technology!
What do you like best about the product?
The avatar selection, voices, dialects, and editing capabilities are the best in the business. This service blows my mind at the marketing and training potential for our business! This software has only grown more and more dynamic and has added more and more features that could be integral to any business model. It's easy to use and implement into your website or app with how you can link up your videos or even export/import into your workflows completely separate from the site. I guarantee you that if you adopt this software, you'll be using it almost daily to further your business.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly can't think of anything I dislike... This software has been and continues to be exactly what it markets itself as.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a virtual "concierge" for our customers and quality training videos for our employees. And Synthesia works beautifull at that!

At this point I have not encountered any major issues.

What do you like best about the product?
The avatars can super realistic, including micro-movements and great voices. Synthesia is very versatile and easy to use. Plus, there's a Synthesia Academy with really helpful tutorials and regular webinars. With Synthesia you can creates tons of videos and enhance your learners' engagement.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although voices constantly improve, they can sound weird at times. They work best with standard texts, but it's tricky to be e.g. funny or ironic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It replaces costly instruction video production. We can do tons of videos in-house that are always available and editable in different languages. Like this, we can make training content available for learners across several countries in (almost) no time.

There is a problem with the voices linked with the avatars. Dont give me the possibilities to use all the different voices

Avatars' appearences are very realistic. The availability of voice tone choices are varied in English language.
What do you dislike about the product?
The intonance in Turkish language has not shown any improvements at least in the last six months.
Too many technical problems: While editing, the screen stops flowing, which means does not allow you to see what you're doing while you continue your editing. The system freezes for like hours, and you cannot edit anything. The changes you make in the edits do not reflect always and you see that when you download it - very frustrating!

Love the amount of avatars available. Great online support. Easy to use.

Would love to see some more smarter dressed avatars. Rendering time can be long, even for a very short video.

What I like best about Synthesia is that it is quick and easy to use. The avatars and voices are very realistic. Using the software is very simple and the rendering is very fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more avatars to choose from specially ones that are more for corporate or business.

I produce mostly corporate videos for businesses and Synthesia gives me the ability to use a spokesperson when a real person is not willing or available. Cost to hire a real live spokesperson is much higher

What do you like best about the product?
Every time I use Synthesia to generate a presentation it amazes people how good it looks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The plans are not really great. Synthesia is quite expensive and if you go over your limits only upgrading to a bigger monthly/yearly plan. I would rather pay for the additional use.

Synthesia helps to create great videos.

Not sure, maybe it is worse than its future releases.

I don't need to spend weeks for trying to create a similar video. With synthesia I can do this in hours.
