I have researched this area and this is by far the best product offering in this category.
What do you like best about the product?
The AI creation offer is one of the best I've seen. To be able to create a video for traning or marketing simply by feeding a url or document is outstanding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a huge fan of the inability to make edits to an existing video without using more credits. I think edits should be unlimited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I recently had an issue with credits dissapearing from my account. I worked with a support person (Maurice). Within days the issue was corrected and they even provided some extra credits as a way to make up for the inconvenience. Great Service!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use w/o reading instructions. I was able to create my fist video. It made a good impression.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's all web based and always online. Offline mode would be great. Especially when using your own assets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cutting down on meetings. Would love a question and answer interactive response module. Simply for testing for understanding. Nothing complex like CBT

the plan 's total video minitues is too less for the plan. and not allow to change the default setting of Pause time and that minitues should be taken in account when using pause. otherwise, how to create interactive video, the pause will eat lots of minitues. no special discount for teacher. all clothes of avartar should be okay to change.

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Synthesia is its simplicity. I just created a Starter Plan today and created an extremely nice video for my life insurance business. I have absolutely no experience creating videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
In my opinion there are no downsides to using Synthesia.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I had was I knew nothing about generating videos whatsoever. The very first day using it and creating my first video was incredible. My videos are now on LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok. It is so simple to use, anyone could use it and have great success. Their tech support is totally awesome with the live chat system they use.

Having to correct the pronunciation of certain words but the vast majority doesn't need correcting.

It's a cost effective solution for rapid turnaround content. Negating the need for recording people in real-life.

Compared the video resolution of Synthesia's output with HeyGen's output, HeyGen has better resolution. We will investigate further what is the cause of lower resolution.

The avatars take away the need to expensive video shooting. Course identity is also very easy to create.

What do you like best about the product?
Generating presentations and informational videos works very well. The text to voice is in 95% of the cases very good. In some cases there are adjustments necessary. To control actions in video via hooks in the text is done well and as a result you get a video which is nearly like a human would speak it.
What do you dislike about the product?
In some cases you have to find some crative dictation-workarounds so that the AI prononces some words correctly.
The bundled minutes in the non-enterprise-packages are for rare video creation. Esprecially if you find a "bug" in a video and have to regenerate the whole video again and loose the minutes.
