Great customer service!

What do you like best about the product?
They simplify everything, and streamline the process very effectively. I have used them for the past 6 years and will continue to use them with my new company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a more customizable way to color-code the customer pins on the map.
For example, I want to be able to color-code customers that I have open bids for (mostly because our CRM system is not the greatest).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
they are solving wasting a bunch of time on the road, and instead, allowing users to be more efficient by planning routes.

Great product a little technical

What do you like best about the product?
I like using the app to put a visual perspective to possible clients. I like that it will give you a route and help plan days. I like that it gives weekly updates in report form.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its very technical to export sites to in a formation that is easily filtered. Some of the cells when uploaded dont need to be filtered. It would be nice to only have the option to select what information or cell uploaded to filter. Also would be nice to show all update information that is uploaded in one area. Not on 3 different tabs for account. I have not really used the customer support. But so far the product and people I have talked to have been good and easy to talk to. I am still in trail and error with product. But I could see using this company wide. I would like to see this used daily within my company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time management and putting hands on all potential sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Customer service is unbelievably. Always available and always get s as person. They start on the phone until the job is done.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I have never had a bad experience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to navigate through unknown areas and make my time more more efficient. It is very effective in torture planning and easy assets if you need to adjust.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy mapping. Can upload pictures now. Overall good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Being Red/Green colorblind and with no option to colorize with my own choice of color decreases the functionality for people with this disability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Route tracking with history is great

What do you like best about the product?
The way you can optimize your route makes it so easy to go from one clinic to the next
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too expensive. $60 a month is a lot. In the app my company is using now, you can scan business cards and create a profile, label the clinic and more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's keeping all of my accounts in one place, easy to find and easy to write your notes. It also optimizes your route to make your day faster

More Productivity In One App

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Badger Maps is being able to visualize all my accounts on the map. It lets me see current customers as well as prospective customers which allows me to maximize my time and efforts. Customer service is extremely helping and very quick to answer any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side I've ran across is I would like to be able to check in while prospecting or cold calling without adding the account to my list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badger maps helps me to plan my day and routes. It allows me to maximize my selling time with way less downtime planning.

It seems to be taking me personally longer to learn the system.

What do you like best about the product?
Badger has increased my efficiency, while lowering travel time and route planning when visiting customers. It should be a part of every sales reps toolbelt.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything not helpful about Badger.
