What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Badger Maps for my day to day work is the filters that I can assign to customers. This allows me to easily see where each customer is based on the month, so that I can plan routes for our service technicians. To create routes, the lasso tool is extremely helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found something that I would say that I dislike about Badger Maps. This may be niche to me, but I would like to see the miles between customers not just the travel time, but the travel time is a great feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badger Maps is helping me see every customer that we have to service each month. This allows us to group customers together and get a solid schedule down at the beginning of each month.

This app helps me locate very good potentials and optimizes a route plan for me. Saves me time!

I don't use the check in and follow up. This is not important to what I am trying to accomplish.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the feature where you can search for additional leads in an area using sectors or types, this means you can add any potential leads to your route using one program. Also the route planning and optimising feature is great too - saves so much time especially that you can upload addresses from a spreadsheet
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the addresses don't match or geocode automatically so it can take a while to resolve any issues with this. Also I have found that the address on Badger isn't 100% correct so you can easily be guided to the wrong address, sometimes in another town! Just check the address on Badger with your records before setting off!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not having to use several different tools, such as Google maps to search for new leads and then transferring these to some sort of route planner. Also the amount of address for routing on Badger are not limited like they are on other apps. Also it is very handy that you can use the mobile app on the day to navigate to each meeting.

What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service is willing to walk me through the trainings on how I can become more efficient in my territory. I worked over the 4th of July weekend because a new state was added to my territory so I emailed support to ask them to put the new contacts into my Badger database. I emailed on Sunday, July 6th, and Sunday night they confirmed they would add the new data. Monday morning everything was updated. I did not expect them to work over the weekend, and was greatly surprised it was done so quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am still learning, so cannot fairly answer this question.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making my time on the road much more efficient

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to select accounts and see them on a map. This also allows me to see other accounts that I may pass by when traveling to clinics.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that when entering account information, you have to pick info from a drop down menu and save the info you entered. I feel it would be much easier to be able to just enter the info in the feilds or just delete when need be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badger keeps track of all my accounts, contacts and clinic visits. It is beneficial when I need to report my visits and maps ut my days.
