SPEED WINS ... Got to have it !!
What do you like best about the product?
Badger Maps tools are efficient and effective when planning your sales or bussiness development activities calling on various clients in an assigned territories. The tools are easy to implement The results saves time, gas and cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've not experienced any negative outcomes; it's a resource I use very frequently and easy to integrateand has a number of features which accomodate your particular criteria. Most importantly, their customer support staff are helpful, and quick to respond with answers to questions that arises.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Driving effeciency in Sales Route planning, which saves time and fuel expenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Everyday, I enter the 8-10 names of clients I need to see, and Badger always spits out the most efficient route. I also utilize the note feature so I can enter data into our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have a complaint about Badger Maps

Makes planning our delivery routes easy.
What do you like best about the product?
The route optimiser is pretty spot on. For us, it is the main reason we use Badger. It allows me to input my drops, and tells me what order I should send my driver to optimise efficiency.
It would be amazing if I could somehow upload this data to my GPS, but we are still manually inputting.

What do you dislike about the product?
It seems suited for countries that drive on the right hand side of the road. In Australia, I am receiving feedback from my drivers that they are having to cross the street to make their drop. For safety reasons, we just shimmy a few addresses around so my drivers are not also constantly turning across traffic taking longer to wait for an opening.
This is not hard for me to adjust, so not so much a dislike, as an opportunity to take on some feedback for future growth.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving me a lot of time having to input addresses into another route optimiser. Badger is much faster than the previous software we were using.
My Sales Call Efficiency App
What do you like best about the product?
Once I have Badger Maps dialed in with my accounts, the drive and subsquent sales calls I make are super efficeint and effective. "Plan your work and work your plan." has never been so easy!
What do you dislike about the product?
I am a sales guy and my IT skills are somewhat limited. It took me longer too learn how to use the Badger App than I thought needed. The step by step instructions should be at the forefront for any new customer and possible be more intuitive so regular folks can use the app quicker.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes my driver super efficient, once I "optimize." My first day I was terrible because I didn't know to "optimize"

Great routing and finding new accounts
What do you like best about the product?
Route optimization, makes my day very efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
No real complaints, sometimes when building a route on my phone, selecting accounts can be kind of clunkly or laggy, hard to tell if its acctually added on not, sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
wasting time on routes and finding new accounts with out having to actually go out and look for them
Absolute time saver

I have been working in the field for years as a territory sales rep and I used to hate working on scheduling, this has been a life saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the biggest struggle I have is the having to monitor when a business moves. I wish it was connect with Google so I could get an alert when someone moves

It has given me back hours in my week when it comes to planning my trips. I used to dread working on my schedule and this has taken almost all of the struggle out of it
I use badger to keep track of the accounts i am marketing to in my area.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the route optimization tool, as well as the visulisation tool so i can change the color of the account based on my last visit so i can prioritize the accounts i need to see first.
What do you dislike about the product?
when i add a new account to badger and i use the "current location" option instead of filling in the adress manually, sometimes it sets the adress for miles away from where i acually am. it happens every once in a while but it can be a decent set back if i dont catch it before im driving.

Great Routing Tool
What do you like best about the product?
We love the optimization feature for saving time and reporting features. As a small business it gives us the opportunity to start out with a basic plan and grow.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see a downside with using Badger. I have had a couple of editing challenges but Badger support is excellent and always comes through with a solution to meet our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Visiting our current accounts and using Places for leads has simplified our planning. Tracking visits is key and reporting is so easy with Badger.
Great App! Even Better Customer Service!
What do you like best about the product?
The app has been really easy to use and you won't find better customer support from another company! I was nervous about setting it up at first. They helped me every step of the way and made it very easy to set up! I have been really impressed with how quickly they return calls and emails. They have reached out to me multiple times to make sure I am getting the most out of it and don't have any questions or concerns. It is really impressive how they keep you supported and plugged in. They have been patient explaining everything and not judgmental in my lack of computer skills. lol I use it every time I am in the field and it is Great to keep all of my customer information together in one place! Especially adding notes about each stop, the ability to see it all on the map and details of each stop. The color differentiation regarding visit intervals is Extremely beneficial! I definitely recommend it to everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't dislike anything about it! If I had to come up with some sort of improvement, I think merging it to be able to do the directions stop by stop, similar to Google Maps, would be really beneficial. But going to Google Maps and back in is easy and seamless.

Badger Maps is a brilliant solution to keeping track of all of the current and potential veterinary hospitals that refer to our specialty hospital. It is a great solution to keeping all of the information and route planning together and in one, easy to use, accessible app. I would be lost without it!
