Badger is an excellent mapping source

It is easy to install and use. It is very accurate

Nothing. it is a very thorough tool. Nothing is missing as far as I can see.

I can map out by daily run. It's convenient and accurate as well as up to date

Keeping all my potential customers together with maps on where each is really helps me plan my sales calls

If there was a way to interface the info put into Badger into contacts on my phone that would help eliminate double the data entry

Use it!
Been using Badger for years and love it
What do you like best about the product?
trip planning and being able to salvage my day when I get a last minute cancellation in an area that I don't know. I use my current account list and also a lead list that is provided by my company
What do you dislike about the product?
that the only way to get ahold of anyone is thru email. this is hard when I can't get a route to load or refresh, and I need to get to my next appointment quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
proper product placement by knowing where my current customers are located compared to a new potential customer. I am more productive while on the road. My business performance has increased by being able to plan placement.
A Day With Badger Maps
What do you like best about the product?
Badger maps is more than a simple routing tool. I use it as a daily business planner. It helps me to keep track of the customers that I haven't seen in a while by color coding based on last check in. The darker the color point, the older the last check in occurred.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data does not update properly. You click optimize route and it takes more than 30 seconds to respond and then you get a failure. I've also seen this same instance happened when trying to access an account. Closing the application and restarting does not necessarily clear up the issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management and contact management are the two best features. But the recent addition of allowing to add pictures to a check in is also very beneficial.

Simplicity of making routes that I can navigate and make efficient

Would like more categories to customize such as cities
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was down a few times but the team gets it back up quickly. What I know I like, I'd like to see resources to make me better at badger
Works Great For My Needs
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of using Badger is amazing and the fact that there are options and filters to make your experience even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that account numbers were listed on the .pdf printouts of the selected route.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time management is key in using Badger Maps. My days seem to move more productively since I started using Badger.
Fantastic Tool for My Sales Team!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that the team can keep track of all of their accounts, I can customize the filters, and it's incredibly easy to put together a route with the lasso tool. I highly recommend this program!
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints whatsoever. Any hiccups or questions that I have had, have been answered by the customer support team in a timely fashion. Gordie is our rep and he has been fantastic!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before having Badger, it was very time-consuming putting together daily sales routes. The lasso tool has fixed that issue and my sales team loves it! They were also able to get rid of all of the paper job records that we had before. The app is so convenient to talk to text in the notes. Love it!
Easy and quick to use
What do you like best about the product?
You can save schedules and adjust as needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app on the phone tends to glitch often but works perfect fine on my laptop

I haven't said anything about the glitches as I rarely use the app on my phone
