What do you like best about the product?
I really like how much it saves me time on my day today routine. Being able to pinpoint customers I need to see and focus on one particular area it's very beneficial.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application is pretty simple I don't have any dislikes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like being able to put all my notes in one place that is easy to reference.
Never lost and always on time
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have all of your location contacts stored and coming up with planned out travel routes each week. I usually just utilize my calendar to connect for quick reminders.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly the only thing I dislike is the monthly price. I would like to see a discounted offering to loyal users over a certain amount of time. I would like to see additional contact information put under each account such as owner, and other key contact names and contact info such as cell and email.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to appropriately setup daily visits and plan out an estimated amount of time for each visit is fantastic. I am definitely more productive and I feel my business performance has improved.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
There is a higher monthly subscription but the ease of use and tools available make it worth while.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the lasso feature and the mobile app is super easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Without having to completely redo a saved route using the lasso feature I would like to be able to change the lasso what it has been made.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Some of our reps are still using Google maps which is not nearly as efficient as creating a routes in badger and then optimizing the stops for the most efficient route
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you go on travel routes and make lots of stops there is nothing better that I have found and then badger maps. With fuel at 4 to 6 dollars per gallon being able to optimize every stop helps tremendously on fuel savings.
Time saving and more productive every time I use Badger during travel.
What do you like best about the product?
The time that it saves me during travel.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the map expand feature was a little less sensitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm always able to visit more accounts when I use Badger Maps.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is the best routing software on the market. The customer service is awesome!

What do you like best about the product?
The most important feature that Badger has for us is being able to filter down to the accounts that we need to review, use the lasso tool to grab all of those accounts, and then map out those locations to plan a trip.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing currently that I do not like about this application. It is well put together and I have not run into any problems while using this application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are better able to understand how many accounts one of our consultants has. It also allows us to see the saturation of different accounts all in one application.
Overall fluent experience with the app. A couple of glitches here & there but nothing major.

Route optimization and modes make it super easy to get the most out of my time on the road
What do you dislike about the product?
If I want to see new offices that have not been visited, then I cannot have a filter of "days since last check in". I have to reset filters completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ideal time utilization and ability to track offices throughout my territory is much easier with Badger.

If you need to stay organized in your territory, this is extremely helpful

I like how it routes my territory for me! Nothing I need to do and I know it is the most efficient way

Nothing! This app works great. The support team helps with all issues that may arise

Easy to use and really helps me plan my day!
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful is that it visually shows my Accts easily and helps me navigate what Accts to see in my day and week. I can easily change my day as well as needed. Very user friendly
What do you dislike about the product?
Downside is that I wish I had other color code or shaped options so the pins can be easily noticed on specific Accts. Also to hold mor Accts since the limit cuts off at 3000. be able to keep notes that i have entered when i have to upload an updated list of accts. Would like to have have integrated with my Salesforce however that’s on my company’s side to authorize
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm going to accts that I might have missed going to. now can follow up at a better rate and make sure I don't miss my accts I need to go to. Better time management
Badger: Simply the best!!
What do you like best about the product?
I transitioned from paper-driven routes and schedules to Badger several years ago and my life changed! Completely organizes my sales routes, stores my history and allows me to plan perfectly. Such a game-changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside to using Badger. Now you can add up to 10 photos to an account which was a helpful addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Maximizing route sequence is super helpful. Saved so much time by the program figuring out the maximum driving efficiency.

Do it!!
Best Map/CRM I am aware of for sales reps!!!

Easy to create routes, track correspondence with customers, etc

I wish the multi-day routing was better, it's not horrible but I think it could improve.
