Badger Maps for Sales Rep
What do you like best about the product?
Badger does a great job of allowing reps to create routes for current and future use. As a manager, it allows us to review how they are spending their time

No way to enter sales in Badger. Not able to link to our POS

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy to work with and it makes my driving more efficient which in the long run helps me save more time and gas money. I will have this subscription for a very long time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little bit spendy for $60 a month and it would be nice to have military discount maybe. It is a little outdated. The phone app should be a little bit more effiecient
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have cut off a lot of drive time using this program, and save a lot of time and money. It is a very efficent software. It is nice to have the meeting times input.
Fantastic tool & exceptional service
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having customized fields that allow me to filter the specific details that I'm looking for. The lasso tool and "days since last visit" are my favorite way to sort what accounts need attention.
All I need to do is create a route with my results and Badger optimizes it saving tons of time and money.
If you have any challenges along the way, Badger has the best customer service. Our account manager, Katie, has delivered significant value to our ever growing project. Thank you!

What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a dislike, but it would be nice to have Badger and Less Annoying CRM integrated. We love working with both companies.
I would also like to be able to place specific events ie a lunch or meeting at a defined time and be able to optimize my route around that interaction.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not having to spend hours sifting through accounts and creating my own routes. We are also able to begin seeing some of the patterns that we make with our visits that otherwise we were not able to do.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a one-stop system for managing accounts, keeping call logs, and scheduling. Its mobile feature makes it very easy to optimize daily routes and manage account details while on the road.
What do you dislike about the product?
I struggled with customers who had multiple office locations. I would have liked to have each of those addresses linked to one account rather than making duplicate pins for each location. If any updates are near, I would love to see the ability to keep the notes/check-ins for each location all consolidated in one profile.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badger has made daily travel and scheduling very convenient. With this service, my phone is not only a map with call points, but a quick reference to customers, notes, and appointments.

Ease of uploading data, however, I am sure many clients have a tough time with that.

There is truly nothing to dislike about my experience. It does everything I need it to do and it makes me lots of $$$. ;)

Focusing on my target market has saved me tons of time and made my days incredibly efficient.

You can't always do everything on the the app that you can online.

It should also work as a GPS, so businesses can track their employees in real-time.

Fantastic & Efficient
What do you like best about the product?
Badger is so easy to use & the customer service is stellar. I love having the time between meetings tolook at my map to see what accounts are around. It makes pop-in's easy & shows my customers support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love the ability to upload my accounts to the maps & not have to heavily rely on the customer service people. This really isn't an issue though because the customer service people are wonderful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems I'm solving are being able to see more accounts, spend my time more efficiently & being effective in seeing everyone. The benefits are great because I'm able to show my accounts support & make them feel seen & heard.

Utilize this in the field - it'll make your life so much easier & you will personally be more efficient & effective with your time.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to track conversations and items for follow up while actively out on sales calls. I use app on iPhone to do that all the time. Then I use their report to follow up the next week.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't take an existing 'saved route' and export it into Excel. I would like to be able to create routes and then export them into excel for purposes of mail merges, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving route planning, client interaction follow up items, being able to identify who I have not touched in a certain period of time, and giving myself follow up notes through the 'check-in' feature.
