Useful interface for someone with more complex needs
What do you like best about the product?
We originally chose Badger maps so that we could map routes with 10+ stops for community outreach and marketing. Badger maps was affordable and had a lot of tools available.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was very complicated to get started - I think for our purposes, we just needed something simpler. Sadly, we didn't stick around long enough to see if there were options for customization/simplification that could have suited us better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to route 10+ stops at once to engage with the community in marketing outreach. Classic map software (like Google) have limits on the amount of stops, and you have to rearrange them on your own, versus the software optimizing the list of addresses for you. Badger seems like a good solution for that.
Easy access when checking in to various locations.
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to add different accounts to my profile so that I can easily check in when I arrive to my different assigned locations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that sometimes the loading time can take a little longer depending where I am.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is bridging a gap of communication between myself and my supervisor so that I can freely check in when necessary without confusion of my whereabouts.
Very useful & helpful
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it shows all your accounts on the map so you can see them all at once. It is nice to have all your account notes stored in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
To me, it is harder to use on a small screen.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all accounts in a given region so we do not miss any of them is very helpful.
I love this app.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to build routes, with setting times and lengths. I love the check-in's and being able to store information on each account as well. Incredibly helpful for somebody organized like myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
The saving routes between the app and desktop don't seem to always line up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization is a big factor. Being able to map out each day, take notes and store them on each account, etc. All were an absolute game changer.
Great app for mapping a mass number of appointments
What do you like best about the product?
Optimizing the driving route between a mass number of appointments. It shortened the drive time to the most efficient route and saved a ton of time and miles.
What do you dislike about the product?
There wasn't much to dislike. It was a little difficult to collaborate with other team members using the same route so that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to find the most efficient driving route for 30-40 appointments in 1 day. This saves time, miles, gas, and ultimately money.
Grubhub Sales
What do you like best about the product?
I love the to be able to see all my accounts color coded and inlined
What do you dislike about the product?
Hiccups on the downloading of the accounts. Everytime I download my 400 accounts it never shows right away it takes hours for someone to fix it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I do like how they can integrate with SalesForce that is my next step
My great expert using Badger maps
What do you like best about the product?
What is most helpful is being organized with my day, ultimately making me as efficient as possible with time.
Another perk is being able to prospect new businesses that come to market.
Another perk is being able to prospect new businesses that come to market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say thus far I haven't experienced anything I dislike. Occasionally I might search for prospects and they show up as the business owners name, and not the business itself, but I don't believe that's Badgers doing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badger Maps helping me with prospecting, time efficiency, and note taking.
It allows me to find new business, manage my time more efficiently so I am not aimlessly doing by job, and I can record notes on prospects after walking in so I can look back at them then next time I decide to stop in

The interface and ease of use. Looks great and performs exactly how it should
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app needs to have download capabilities like the computer version. Making it easier to send via email on the go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the large amount of windshield time in my day but giving me the fast route between stop allowing me to get to 25+ offices each day
Bader Maps helps me route our seasonal company so much! I could never go without it!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Not a huge learning curve with this software

I wish there was an option to export routes to a csv. file. I have been asking for this for years. I find it stupid that I import through csv but not the other way around
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Routing without badger maps in the past would take much more time out of my day. Now with it, It makes routing a breeze therefore giving me more time to do other things
