Great Mapping Software

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can set how long each meeting is and you can see when you will be finished for the day. It is also nice to see where each account is.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the app on the phone doesn't respond as fast as I would like it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badgers helps me stay on track for my routes and it also helps me see all my accounts in that area as I can visually see them on the map.

Brilliantly efficient software pinpointing and optimizing routes of all your customers on 1 map

What do you like best about the product?
Seeing all customers on 1 Google map platform. Very easy to use and update, and you can classify and color code according to the type of customer. The folks at Badger are fabulous, they will load your initial client list for you, and with over 300 customers it was awesome that they do this for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can sometimes be very sluggish while loading all customers on the map, especially in rural areas. After creating a route, it will not load the entire route into Google maps, still have to navigate to each stop one at a time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
After you lasso a group of customers you want to visit, it will optimize the entire route so you are way more efficient and can see more customers per day than hunting to find each one individually. If you're starting a new sales route or job or will make finding all your customers and absolute breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact you can use filters to turn accounts on or off as needed. If I just want to view my restaurant accounts, I can just filter out only restaurants. If I want to just turn on just my November customers, it's easy. Once I complete my visit a certain customer, I can change the filter for that customer so that they won't show up on the map for another 3, 6 or 12 months in the future. I love it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it integrated with invoicing programs and CRM programs seamlessly. I currently have to keep all my customers in multiple databases. I'm looking for a solution that has mapping, invoicing and CRM in one solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I own a fire extinguisher service company. I inspect each business either once or twice per year. I try to group my inspections so that I'm in the same area each day and not hopping around Houston. With Badger, I can lasso a group of customers that are close together and turn them in to a route. Before I show up, I can call, text or email them from the app to let them know I'm on the way.

Best routing tool for all outside sales representatives!

What do you like best about the product?
This tool is essential for all sales representatives. It's so easy to map out your day and re-organize according to what the job demands. It's also essential for prospecting!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing!
I wouldn't change a thing!
I only use it for routing and organizing my routes by priority and it's the best thing I've used and saves so much time! Would be nice if it could integrate with HubSpot eventually.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have a very large territory and it's helped me organize my weeks, not to mention keep me on task. My territory hasn't been work efficiently for quite some time and it's been beneficial for all new prospecting!

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to have my accounts show up on a map is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I really don't have any complaints.

It allows me to map out accounts I have been and see additional prospects/leads while on my route to achieve additional success while maintaining efficiency.

Trial account must be more than 7 days and a bit hard to understand the accounts and how it works , all the example and locations are for doctors and clinics

What do you like best about the product?
import feature that's it. Requiring someone to write a min is dumb
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot create a list of addresses for daily use. I do not need them once I've run my route. Opening the map every time with hundreds of pins piled on top of each other makes it difficult for me to know which points i just mapped. Need the ability to remove accounts or only map the accounts i have in my route. Not every account. PRICE is high!!!! i will probably switch to something else once i find something that works best for me

multiple imports at once. again requiring people to write a min is dumb and does not give you an accurate description of the problems you are solving if any problems

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to keep track of account notes and visits. The route/map tools are very helpful as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to see follow ups on the app is a disadvantage. If I schedule a follow up, why can't I view it in the app? How am I supposed to remember that I need to follow up?
Also, when in the app and looking at account details-the delete account button is in a terrible place. On a number of occasions I have accidentally pressed it when hitting either the navigate, center on map or check in button.

I also wish it would auto save routes as you make them. If I make a route on my laptop and don't save it, I can't view it on my phone. Obviously user error, but it would be nice for the route to auto save as you go.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's great at clustering, but I'm not sure on the order of the route sometimes. Like I'll have two accounts right next to eachother and it doesn't schedule them in order.

Small Office Furniture Business Prospecting

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to create routes that include leads from our lead generation company while also being able to add stops to current customers while out prospecting. We can then optimize these routes to make the most out of prospecting. As a small company, each employee's time is very valuable, and we need to make sure that we are efficient while prospecting. By being able to prospect and touch base with current clients, we get the best of both worlds and the best optimization. The autofill address function is also super helpful when adding new accounts in addition to the multitude of filters we can use to target the exact accounts we want to visit.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some functionalities that are lacking. I wish I could choose what we filter accounts on vs being given a couple of categories seemingly at random. I also would like the pricing to be a bit more transparent. I did not realize that there was an account limit of 3000 unless we got the most expensive plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Badger Maps, we used to prospect from lists by entering in each address and guessing the most efficient route. Now we can enter everything in at once and have Badger Maps find the best route. We can even add existing clients to our routes as a means of touching base with them and increasing goodwill. I love the import function that allows us to import data from our CRM.
