Don't have options to map multiple routes at one time; billing should come out sooner so reps can expense it accordingly

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate Badger Maps for its ability to optimize my time efficiently, which is crucial for my sales role. The tool significantly enhances my efficiency in planning my day, allowing me to shift directions quickly while still maximizing productivity in new areas. Its visualization and customization features are fantastic, enabling me to view various fields and focus on the parameters that matter to me, all while having a comprehensive view at a glance. Moreover, the ease of initial setup of Badger Maps impressed me, especially with the support of a very helpful sales representative who ensured everything was tailored to my needs. The integration with Google Maps is also a strong point, as it replaces the need for other apps due to its robust notes function and check-in capability. I've found it incredibly valuable, so much so that I introduced it from my previous job to my current role and have recommended it to our training department for new hires trying to manage their territories efficiently.

Wish I could back date some information specific to my account.

Furthermore, Badger Maps has enhanced my productivity and brought simplicity to my workspace, which are key factors that make me consider repurchasing the service. What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that Badger Maps doesn't always provide the exact navigation directions to the customer locations. When I press navigate, it sometimes only takes me somewhere near the exact address rather than precisely where I need to be. Additionally, I would like the ability to color code my pinpoints, as this feature would help further organize my map and improve my planning efficiency.

I love the easy setup process with Badger Maps, and the staff was super helpful in getting me started. The real-time account map is incredibly useful, allowing me to see my accounts at a glance and use color coordination for easy tracking. Additionally, I find it to be a great daily planning tool for my sales role, which keeps my work organized and efficient.

I encountered a technical difficulty during the day of my demo, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, I would prefer if the software could display distances in kilometers instead of miles to better cater to Canadian users like myself.

The must have tool for Business Travel
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to create, manage, and navigate through all the accounts. Does a great job with always keeping accurate time, especially when you know how have hard set meetings with certain meeting times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any real negatives!!!!!!!!!

Just setting an optimized flow between multiple meetings and making sure i get there on time.

How simple it was to use. I also liked the ability to add accounts by providing a spreadsheet with the information needed and they do all the leg work for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I could think of would be the cost for a single user as I paid for this out of pocket as I was only able to get a some of my old jobs to pay for it.

Game changing route optimizer
What do you like best about the product?
Badger Maps offers a solid CRM experience, but what really stands out are its impressive mapping and routing capabilities. The amount I save on fuel alone makes it well worth the investment.

The route optimizer does not consider appointment times when planning routes.
