It does what I think you want it to do

What do you like best about the product?
It shows everything related to your sales. How much ARR you had in a specific month, it's very detailed when you want it and gives a holistic view if you want it too
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little slow some times in our SFDC and it is some times hard to read the details or understand where things are coming from
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems I'm solving, just a sales rep trying to see my commission

What do you like best about the product?
Xactly is a good tool for salespeople and sales managers to use in order to track their commission, gross profit, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The version of Xactly that our company uses does not allow us to view the gross billings, only gross profit, which can make it hard to trust that the numbers are correct.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Xactly helps us track important commission and gross profit information that helps salespeople to reach their goal.

What do you like best about the product?
great data driven option which provides us with optimum output in the fashion easy to present for our complex metrics
What do you dislike about the product?
would be good if they provide more helpful training and other study materials for new users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we are trying to create score based reports and charts for our sales metrics

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to see how other sales teams compare to ours
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to look inward and benchmark data and results within our own company and how individual teams and plans rate against each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us determine if our plans are up to par against other companies in our own peer group, and whether or not we need to make adjustments to get back on track.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend a demo and be aware that Xactly is coming out with Insights for Sales, which is going to be huge and everything we are looking for.
