It helps reward employees based on their performance. The system compares all round performance and provides recommendations on how to reward top performers and provide ideas to lower performers on how to improve

Xactly Insights offers a range of benefits that help improve investments. I appreciate how it consolidates all the performance monitoring and insights.

The lack of a user interface makes navigation challenging. The synchronization with software systems is more easy.

Xactly helps us enhance our compensation plans by offering data and insights. This identify and solve any issues.
XACTLY is what we eXACTLY need
What do you like best about the product?
Aside from us being excited to log in to our XACTLY account to check our incentives, It is also very useful for us to check and monitor our quotas on a monthly basis and our performance as well. With that being said, it will be very easy for us USER to know where we at and how many in terms of numbers we need to hit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think so that XACTLY has something to improve for now as everything we need to see and monitor for our performance is shown in it. SO straightforward tool and easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, it helps the company and the employees to track the performance easily. Instead of dealing with each employee for the computation, back office will just upload the data and for us employees to check it and if we have dispute, it is easy to communicate with the back office.

The results shown by Xactly are not based on any gut feelings or some advertising. Xactly not only provides you with the opportunities but also consists of many other features like forecasting gross incomes and profits within your business.

There are some negative points to this tool also. People cannot just throw their money away on the basis of some tool showing them to invest their money, so they have to look into the matters and see what is good for them or not, Here, Xactly lags behind and does not allows its user to look into the companies of the other parties. This where it becomes fishy but still up until now we have not found any fishy move made by the other parties so we are forced to think that this is all legit.
