Awesome monitoring tool. I love this odasewa.

Good support, so even after go live, you will have to support from very expirence support people

I have learned a lot on odaseva but there is certification, i wish they will come up with badges/cert in future

What do you like best about the product?
The backup features for Salesforce, they are seamless and work very well when uploading the backups to Amazon storage services.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web console could be a little better with less clutter

It is beneficial to store all our CRM backups securely if we need to retrieve it later.
Very good and secure solution
What do you like best about the product?
Data security is top-notch and exceeds all of our requirements. It also allows to back up multiple Orgs and also has data anonymization features for Sandbox, which is a neat feature to have. We are using Odaseva to primarily backup our SalesForce Orgs and it is doing a great job at backing up our data and metadata. All of our Orgs have different requirements and we were able to give different admins their own keys to operate the backups independently which is a great feature. Other solutions we analyzed did not have this feature and we would have had to buy multiple instances of their solution to meet our requirements. Also, working in financial markets we had to make sure it meets all of our security and legal requirements. It exceeds our expectations when it comes to data security.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are not intuitive, there is a bit of a learning curve. Single record restore could have been more simpler.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Primary requirement is backup of data since SalesForce stopped their data retreival. Also, data anonymization of sandbox comes in quite handy when dealing with consultants.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is an industry leading app for backup and quite easy to operate for SalesForce data backups. Would recommend everyone to consider this for backup requirements.

Metadata restores are not as easy as data restore

Restored entire territory hierarchy after system configuration was overwritten. Search and compare of records entered by users and accidentally deleted

I do have a requirement where I need to capture the data from Prod org and create/update the same in the sandboxes, where Odaseva helped a lot in that taking backup and compare the data against sandbox.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Odaseva is the best tool with many other resources to work with data such as Data backup, scheduled backups, Data compare, restore, and essential data seeding. If someone is looking for maintenance of their corporate data, then Odaseva is highly recommended.
