The most flexible solution for backup and archiving
What do you like best about the product?
The platform its design is very intuitive. It is easy to navigate and understand its menus.
The people and the team that makes up the company are always accompanying and hand in hand.
The functionality is adapted, especially to the needs of such a large company.

What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything I don't like. Rather I would like to be able to hire more services! Because as I have been exploring, other solutions would not serve to address needs that we have today.

A complete Backup and Restore solution for Salesforce
What do you like best about the product?
The tool can backup a vast amount of data. The backups include the relations between the objects, which is more valuable than standard CSV files. The Odaseva team provides excellent, responsive support, training, and cooperation. Our team did several successful restore tests using the Odaseva solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the tool seems complicated, has many options, and requires training to be fluent in using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Odaseva to do backups of all the data on Salesforce Organizations, perform data restoration and data sampling for sandboxes.
Restore readiness audit is another excellent tool that results in Data quality, development patterns, automation and provides us an opportunity to clean up or essential fixes.

It is very easy to use and easy to setup and connect. Prompt support

Restore without a proper date range for your data is a little tricky

What do you like best about the product?
The user app is very easy to read and understand, along with seeing all my SF Org's backup data.
What do you dislike about the product?
That after i create a case in Odaseva, i can't update it with additional info or attachments. It would be nice to allow this feature.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We just added another SF Org to our Odaseva contract. I worked with our account manager to get the new quote/invoice, and then setting up the new Org was so easy.

it covers all the possible objects, records and different scenarios - its truly a complete backup solution

Uptime/Lack of Training/Complexity.

Backup solution.
A big risk mitigator - Odaseva
What do you like best about the product?
Odaseva has an easy-to-use GUI panel where both backup and restore operations can be operated parallely. It has a nice reporting structure that can compare between the current and old state of an object and clearly demonstrate the differences in metadata.
What do you dislike about the product?
Odaseva can improve on alerting features and giving more control to users to set up their own alerts and preferences as per the need. Otherwise most of the features are good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CRM data back up has been a challenging task for many organizations. It not only presents data loss risk but also makes it hard to recover the data deleted by mistake. Odaseva has hit bulls eye on mitigating both these risks.
This is good tool to get backup, restore and of our Sandboxes data and can be scheduled.
What do you like best about the product?
Writing query is easy and each object can be backup, anonymized, restored, delete can be performed.
What do you dislike about the product?
As per my usage till now, it is changing the UI look, which is just getting a read moe to understand.

Backup,restore,delete,anonymization,Right of Access,User access to delete the record.

What do you like best about the product?
Once Odaseva was set up in our orgs (we have a couple) we've not had to worry about any of the data backing up at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of anything I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had a specific requirement to backup certain fields and attachments in a different way. Odaseva didn't have that exact functionality, but they went and built it for us really quickly.
Simple, Easy to use Salesforce Backup
What do you like best about the product?
Great UI design and simple to use. Secure and easy to restore when necessary. Lots of different options when restoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multiple options to restore took a while to understand but not a criticism, just wasn't used to having that many to choose from :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Full salesforce backup including data and metadata.
Works as advertised
What do you like best about the product?
We've needed it once and that's when a backup gets tested. We had to roll back a huge amount of changes and Odaseva did the job perfectly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really - it's not cheap, but nor is anything else in the Salesforce sphere.
