Amazing user experience and user interface design, user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
User friendliness. Easy to use.
One thing that should be added in the UI is a submit as End Task might confuse the user.

Great Platform to Showcase Skills!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about HackerEarth Assessments is how seamlessly the platform combines ease of use with powerful functionality. The user interface is intuitive, which makes it easy to focus on solving problems rather than figuring out navigation. It offers a wide range of features—from coding challenges and MCQs to project-based tasks—that help assess different skill levels effectively.
From a user perspective, setup and implementation are hassle-free—everything runs smoothly in-browser with no additional configurations needed. Even occasional users can quickly get up to speed thanks to the clean design. While I haven’t needed to reach out to customer support personally, the help documentation is quite comprehensive. The platform’s ability to integrate different question formats and proctoring tools creates a robust and fair assessment environment.

What do you dislike about the product?
While HackerEarth offers a great assessment experience overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, the problem statements can be slightly unclear or lack real-world examples, which can lead to confusion during assessments. More illustrative examples or visual aids would enhance the ease of use, especially for first-time users.
Additionally, feedback on failed test cases is minimal, making it harder to debug or understand what went wrong—adding more detailed hints (post-submission) would improve the learning experience.
Though the platform is feature-rich, some features—like proctoring or UI hints—could be better explained or more visible. I also feel that live or faster customer support during assessments could really enhance the experience for users facing technical glitches.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HackerEarth Assessments is solving the problem of accurately and efficiently evaluating technical skills in a standardized, scalable, and objective way. It removes the biases and inefficiencies of traditional interviews by offering a structured, automated environment to assess coding, problem-solving, and domain-specific knowledge.
For me as a candidate, it provides a fair chance to demonstrate my skills regardless of background or location. The platform's real-time coding environment and variety of question types help simulate real-world scenarios, which not only test knowledge but also encourage learning. It has also helped me understand my strengths and areas for improvement through hands-on challenges, making it a valuable tool for both career growth and self-assessment.

Comprehensive and User-Friendly, with Room for Customization Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
HackerEarth Assessments offers a user-friendly platform that streamlines the hiring process.
The variety of question types—ranging from coding challenges to analytical tasks—helps evaluate candidates across different skill sets.
I also appreciate the detailed reports after each assessment, which provide insights into a candidate's performance. Customer Support is also one of the key. We can easily integrate.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform is great overall, one downside is the limited customization options for question formats. It would be helpful if we had more flexibility in tailoring assessments to our specific needs.
Additionally, at times, the UI can feel a little overwhelming with too many options to navigate, especially when you’re in a time crunch.
