What do you like best about the product?
It is basically for logistic management, where an plalform gives you all the necessary support with order and logistics management

Interface design can be improved and limit of free conversions per day

There is nothing to dislike, everything works perfect for what the app is designed for

Becoming A Necessity
What do you like best about the product?
They provide a good service for converting file formats on the quickly and without corruption. It's web page is simple and easy to navigate, clear cut design. Files never have artifacts, wide range of capabilities at your disposal. Conversion of mass amounts of files at once makes it a work horse as well as support of file types and conversions not easily found on other platforms. NO POPUPS AND ADS. You never have to worry about the safety of this site or your files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Needs a desktop app of some sort or a phone app that works OFFLINE. I understand it is “cloud” but having to always have an internet connection hinders the experience substantially, looking forward to a world where there is Internet everywhere I guess.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speed and convenience are the two main things. Product and conversion is excellent and fast while not having to google search endless conversion tools and having everything in one place is what makes this tool outstanding in my eyes.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want a clear and consistent way to convert look no further. This tool is simple to use has no limit to size and capability, SO reliable, never have had an issue, and with anyone with a mobile hotspot (for working on the go) you can use this anywhere!

They provide an awesome service of converting file formats on the fly. It's web page is simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Interface design could use a facelift to modernize it, but at the end of the day you're there to convert a file, so who cares what it looks like?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me it is very helpful since I save video tutorials on ubuntu using another software that creates webm format only and it converts them to mp4 files.

The easy way to use it, that it syncs with Gmail, and that you have access always and everywhere to your data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like everything about it, only one time we had some problems and my colleague contacted the customer support agent, but it wasn’t so easy to get the right support

After a theft of some of our hardware, we still were able to reach our files and data true to using Cloud Convers

It makes it very easy to scale your ecommerce business by offering insight into what actions you should take.
What do you dislike about the product?
What would be even more helpfull is of it could integrate foreign marketplaces such as bol.com or beslist.nl which are big in my own country.

Automation of my dropshipping business made it very easy to focus on other things sich as growth and marketing.
This converting tools does what it has to do.

The file converted is very extensive. There are a lot of file extensions you can convert. It is easily to use and doesn't cost anything (if you do not have that much conversions a day).
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the maximum of free conversions per day. It would be nice if the software would be unlimited.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved the problem that I didn't had to search the web for a conversion tool in case I had different extensions to convert.

Feel free to use because there a a lot of extensions you can convert and it works really fast and is easily to use.

That the documents are kept on a server which I don't know where it is.

Being able to access my documets everywhere. Im not reliable on my USB stick or my external harddrive anymore.

CloudConvert is a web app that can convert 140 different file types. Just upload the file you want to convert and CloudConvert gives you a list of file types it can convert it to.

Gets confusing sometimes but it’s ok I figure it out in the end
