What do you like best about the product?
Easy to navigate can contact customer support easily if there' a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far, it's still giving me the easy to navifate vibe.

It's solved the communication between the caller and the customer.

What do you like best about the product?
UJET helps me to work efficiently. It helped me thrived as an employee. Its useful to every part of my work as a customer service agent. It features enabled me to work in a fast-paced environment. Its interface is the best as it this tool have an organized section where you can click any assistance it can offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thind I dislike about UJET is that sometimes it when you launch it, it get delayed that results for the tool to load eternal. Hence, resulting to me to contact support and do troubleshooting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
UJET was able to solve disorganization on the project I'm assigned. Its AI helps to me to coordinate ideas and relay it to our customers. It flexibility gives us a lot of time to improve other areas of our work that requires manpower.

What do you like best about the product?
I like UJET because it offers a variety of assistance in customer service. Its interface also is easy to navigate that let me finish my work at ease. Those tools associated with tool are responsive and function well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about UJET is that sometimes it crashed when multiple tabs have been opened. I know that computers are having difficulty to process this tool function but they should have address before launching.
This tool have a great potential to be used in other platform that required multitask as long as the issue I told about have been solved.

UJET offers everything I need to function at work. UJET was able to solve disorganization at my workspace. When you launch this tool, it already prepares everything that you need to work efficiently. This tool benefits me in a way that it makes my task easier and work efficiently with no supervision needed.

What do you like best about the product?
It has easy-to-use interface. Features like integrated chat, photo/video sharing, and context fed into the CRM help reduce the number of tool-switches for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
It will lag sometimes when disconnecting the call even when your connectivity is good

It solves Remote/hybrid workforce and connectivity challenges. That makes less tool-switching, more focus on customer and better remote/hybrid experience
Easy and Convenient, Effortless Call Documentation
What do you like best about the product?
the good thing about UJET is that it's is easy to use and convenient especially on noting the account of the caller. Other thing is that you don't need to provide more information and you just provide the summary of a certain concern. It is easy to open/ accessing it after it has been implemented to be used. As a customer support and achieving the goal it is helpful to achieve other areas of metrics. The good thing as well is that it is easy to use or linked with the other app like Kustomer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The issue I have with Ujet is primarily about the notation that some are not accurate on what is intended and needs to provide the details for it so taht it will be captured. I also have an issue that if it about linking the 2 case notes it don't compressed so that it will only be one case noted to be used once linked. More likely if you are using Swift note frequently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It resolves a lot of issues especially achieving the wrap up time and the convenience about noting the account about certain issue. It also helps about the chances of getting a lot of calls since you can note easily. this avoids hold time since you can rely on the notes of it. It also good to get CSAT since you can focus resolving while this tool will be the one to work for your documentation.

Ujet is very easy to use, you can use it without any guidance from anyone.

Sometimes it takes time for to load but all in all it good.

I use it every day for my work, this really helpful this is the one I need for my work, I can be able to get the customer information through ujet as it will generate the customer information using the phone number they're using.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about UJET is its modern, customer-centric approach to contact center technology. It is very easy to use especially some other people are not "Techy" type of person. This would be a game changer for all customer supports and we usually use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find anything that I can dislike with Ujet since it is very simple tool and very easy to use. I hope I can use this if ever I switch to a different company.

Ujet is what helps me to communicate with customers and help them with their concern.
