My Experience using UJET
What do you like best about the product?
I like how color-coded aux were. And it was more manageable now compared before. Also, it is easy to navigate

None, so far. I like the UJET now compared to its interface before
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solved our issue with calling third-party and also when the caller were having issues, we have the option to hung up and callback

I think I don't have any dislike about UJET since I don't have any issues using it.

UJET integrates voice, chat, SMS, and in-app support into a single platform, eliminating the need for customers to switch between different channels. This unified approach reduces frustration and streamlines the support process.

Ujet are useful and helpful tools in receiving calls and doing outbound calls. It easily to change tagging once needed.

So far, all good in ujet not experiencing any issues.

What I like best about UJET is that the survey appears immediately, it’s easy to use, and it’s very helpful in assisting customers efficiently while ensuring their satisfaction.

Nothing, I am very satisfied using UJET when it comes assisting customer.

UJET helps streamline customer interactions by making the process faster and more organized. It reduces handling time, improves efficiency, and provides real-time insights, which allows me to assist customers more effectively and deliver a smoother experience.

Interesting things about UJET that I like, based on their recent developments, UJET is not just adding AI features here and there — it’s pushing toward orchestrating the entire CX using generative AI + real‑time data.

Anything that UJET can improve is Platform Stability / Technical Glitches and Customization Limitations Occasional lag or latency during high volume periods or when handling many interactions.

I like this app because it's user friendly. Fast and reliable. Ease of implementation and it has number of features and ease of integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't find any dislikes with this app. The app really made my life more comfortable and work life balance!

Technical issues like there is an error to the app which can be fixed quickly.
