    What do you like best about the product?
    I like how color-coded aux were. And it was more manageable now compared before. Also, it is easy to navigate

    None, so far. I like the UJET now compared to its interface before

    It solved our issue with calling third-party and also when the caller were having issues, we have the option to hung up and callback

    What do you like best about the product?
    The most helpful aspect of UJET is its advanced features that provides seamless and customer communication. Upsides include its ease of use and customization, the ability to provide personal, intelligent customer experiences, integration for better insights, improved agent productivity, and scalability to meet business needs.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I think I don't have any dislike about UJET since I don't have any issues using it.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    UJET integrates voice, chat, SMS, and in-app support into a single platform, eliminating the need for customers to switch between different channels. This unified approach reduces frustration and streamlines the support process.

    What do you like best about the product?
    Ujet are useful and helpful tools in receiving calls and doing outbound calls. It easily to change tagging once needed.

    So far, all good in ujet not experiencing any issues.

    Once needed to do outbound calls it was easy to use.
