What do you like best about the product?
NovelVox is known for its innovative solutions that help contact centers improve their efficiency and customer experience. Their Agent Desktop and Wallboard solutions are designed to integrate seamlessly with leading contact centers platforms like Cisco, Avaya, and Genesys.
