Virtru uses industry-standard encryption to protect your emails, both in transit and at rest.
What do you like best about the product?
Virtru email encryption is a great way to keep your emails safe from prying eyes. All you have to do is install the Virtru extension on your browser and then activate it whenever you want to send an encrypted email. The best part about Virtru is that it's incredibly easy to use. There's no need to fiddle with complex settings or generate long encryption keys. Just click a few buttons and you're good to go.
In addition to being easy to use, Virtru is also very effective at keeping your emails safe. Even if someone manages to intercept your email, they won't be able to read it unless they have the correct decryption key. And if they don't have the key, they'll just see a bunch of gibberish. That's why I always use Virtru when sending sensitive information via email.

Although it's free with free a free Gmail account, it's pretty expensive for small-sized businesses.

Quick and easy option for secure emails
What do you like best about the product?
It's so quick and easy to flip the switch and I don't have to worry about submitting documents a secure portal link that expires.
What do you dislike about the product?
You do have to take a minute to install it on both your personal and your work email. I've only tried it with Gsuite, not with Microsoft.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't have to worry about expiring secure links anymore!
Ease of use Encryption Software
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy for my staff to encrypt sensitive emails and Google Drive encryption. We are a dedicated Google Workforce shop!

Sometimes I get hung up trying to read an email sent to a group email. I have to go through a few additional steps to open it.

Virtru keeps our sensitive data secure and helps us stay compliant with NYS regulations.
An user friendly option to make sure information is shared in a secure, safe method.

Best easier software to use to secure messages

Easy to use with Gmail- low cost.able to use it on Gmail.

Sometimes it has to be reloaded after awhile. Does not work with integrated with mobile Gmail have to use separate qpp. Very slow loading.

Virtru was one of the first products I looked at for encryption of protected information in email that would work with different email providers at a reasonable price structure.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is there are some companies that tell me their company policies will not allow them to open some of the encrypted email sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending and receiving patient information using Virtru assures me I am meeting HIPAA guidelines.
It works well but suggests it be used too often when it is not needed.
