A Data Platform Built for Growth

What do you like best about the product?
No question would be support. We are an agency that works with 100+ clients annually and each client has a separate set of needs for reporting. In on-boarding and continual maintenance, our account manager and the Adverity support team have grown with us and worked with us in handling any platform or data questions that arise. In regards to the platform itself, it would be the ability for data-ownership. In previous platforms we have used, we had little leeway in how data was ported in through the API. Adverity has allowed us the freedom to work with data during the import process in a way that truly works for our company.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point in time, I would consider our company to be Adverity power users. In our time with the platform, we have really put it through its paces and tested the limits. In that time, we have seen bugs and long loading times for the data, but I will say that in every step of the way we have been met with nothing but solutions and quick fixes by the engineering team. We are always excited to get the Adverity update emails and see what new features are being added to meet user needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adverity is allowing us to bridge the gap between order fulfillment, client reporting, and billing. On top of the internal solutions, we are now able to provide highly customizable reporting allowing us to grow our clientele.

Great Platform with Great Service

What do you like best about the product?
I love how flexible the platform is and with the help of the support team, we can solve for pretty much use case we need.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a steep learning curve to a lot of what Adverity does, but that is a worthwhile trade off for the flexibility and scalability that the platform offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Merging multiple Google Analytics accounts into one dashboard, creating omni-channel dashboards, and making easy to use campaign monitors.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Good for solving detailed problems, but is an investment for sure. Also, as Adverity is based out of Europe you will need a bit of flexibility in working with the team. I have found a way to make it work.

What do you like best about the product?
- Great, dedicated, pleasant and fast account management and customer support. Adverity keeps you like a flower in the palm of your hand and make sure you are satisfied and that everything works like it should be.
- Datatap is user friendly and easy to use
- Adverity fulfilled the promise (https://www.adverity.com/data-connectors/) to build new data connectors if they are not available yet
- Setup of the new connectors and creating datastreams is easy
- You don’t actually need technical experience with coding nor transformation scripts. Adverity helps with them from start to end, or build them for you (at least in our case).
- Rapid development on the whole
What do you dislike about the product?
- Price can be obstacle for some customers

Pulling Amazon and third party data to Datatap and use Data Studio as reporting dashboard

What do you like best about the product?
Perfect tool to monitor and manage the massive grow in data streams. Userfriendly interface which allows the end user to quickly interpret mixed data tables and gather insights.The flexibility of the tool allows clients to request custom features. Above all the service team is always happy to assist and support. Both tools (datatap and insights) are updated and improved on a regular basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
From an end client perspective its hard to evaluate the data quality. Its only obvious that something must be wrong if data is missing. A quality index should be considered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We managed to set up dashboards which are capable of showing many different data sources at a glance. In terms of campaign reporting we can save time that can be used to find insights and optimize performance.

Easy to use even if in a small team with low level technical skills known.

What do you like best about the product?
The best about Adverity is, how easy it is to create beautiful and professional Dashboards, with only some clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes some time to learn how to onboard data with DataTap. But once you made it, you see what mighty tool it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As the one and only programmatic Advertising Agency for Deutsche Telekom, we have to report very different types and source of data. Adverity allows us, to bring them all together. Mostly even merged together in one Graph or Table.

Another great thing is, that we can offer our customers high quality Dashboards to report them the performance of their Campaigns and empower them to boost their advertising success with more transparency.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure to know what kind of data you want to process with Adverity and do a trial phase to see if it matches your expectations. The support is awesome and will help you.

What do you like best about the product?
The team offers great support. This has made it possible to tap marketing data sources, with no automation experience and little business intelligence support, and make them accessible to the business. Tickets raised are responded to quickly and account management is very good.

The interface is easy to use, with a small learning curve involved.
What do you dislike about the product?
- There are occassions where a connection has generated unusual discrepancies and we've spent a lot of time investigating why. Familiarity with all connections (including the less popular ones) & Adverity proactively reaching out to the connection themselves, will help us get to the root of the discrepancy faster
- A lot of time is spent validating the data between the front-end platform and destination (although this may be an inveitable part of any automation process)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Reducing manual reporting of marketing spend
- Overcoming skill shortage on BI team

What do you like best about the product?
Adverity has presented itself to be an essential and reliable tool for our data flow. The UI while having a learning curve, is easy for new users to get ahold of and has been improving constantly. There is a large repository of API connectors to use for data import. And the support team, are second to none, with fast and helpful insights to any issues you may have.
What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is still has many gaps and therefore errors that you may not understand are difficult to look up yourself. On the flip side - support team are an email away and for me they have always responded within a few hours latest.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We required a flexible solution for our data flow that any member of the team could pick up with relative ease. As API connections are already present for many different platforms being able to go through a variety of scenarios quickly is essential for our internal analytics.

This has been a fundamental tool in ensuring automation of our data flow!

Data Management made easy

What do you like best about the product?
Both Adverity Products (DataTap as the ETL Backend) and Insights (as the visualization frontend) are very easy to use and allow even inexperienced users to quickly harness the power of their own data.
DataTap greatly simplifies the necessary steps to pull data from various different Platforms (such as Google Ads) , without the need to write your own Connectors. Instead a quick authorization to access the platform is all it takes to get started. Afterwards it's very simple to configure the needed reports and fetch the data. Transforming that data is rather simple as well. For most operations (such as selecting or adding data) prebuild scripts are available, for everything else a bit of python knowledge is helpful to achieve one's goals. Once the data has been transformed it'll be pushed to Insights where Analysts can choose from a plethora of different visualization options to quickly setup a dashboard that meets the clients need.
Additionally, both products are constantly updated and improved. Customers also get a say regarding new features or adaptions for their business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some improvements to be made regarding the performance and usability of the platform. This would include easier export options (for data that should not be pushed to Insights) or dependencies of different datastreams to streamline operations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adverity is used for Customer and In-House Marketing reports which has been greatly improved compared to the manual steps that were necessary before Adverity.

Very powerfull tool and great services

What do you like best about the product?
Very thought-out services with both Datatap and Insights. The entire service is very well integrated into the current API landscape with lots of out of the box API connectors. Data transformation is easy and efficient. So is data-visualization and the creation of dashboards. The biggest benefit on using Adverity instead of a similar service on the market is their hands-on approach to individual requests and issues as well as their entire customer support and service team. They have a great response time for reviewing and adding our feature requests and are adding to and optimizing the service on a very regular and constant basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting into the data transformation capabilities can still be challenge, especially if you are not used to a scripting language like phyton. Thankfully they have lots of documentation and their excellent service to help you out. I still believe the interface could be a bit more forthcoming in explaining features and setting outright. Adverity offers a tremendous amount of capabilities, but lots of features and settings are often buried in hard to understand descriptions or just hidden within the interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Adverity in almost all its offerings.
We use the Datatap for all sorts of data management and homogenization of different data sources. We export harmonized data to our clients or to multiple Visualization-Platforms like Google Datastudio and Adveritys own Insights Platform.
We use Insights for a multitude of customized client and inhouse dashboards which are always available and up to date. We offer automized and scheduled reports and the alert-system for clients who need their information via e-mail.
Their services benefit us most in the easy acquisition of raw data and the ability to turn these table full of metrics and dimensions into actionable insights for our account managers and their clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure to really lay out your setup bevor hand to avoid a clustered interface.
Make sure you know how you want to organize multiple organizations, naming conventions for scripts, mapping tables and datastreams. Make also sure that you have a general consent on how to map kpis. The cleaner you set up all of this, the better the experience in the long run.
