What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can connect to so many platforms and easily plugin without much effort.
I also like how you can customize the dashboards and make them look polished; not many systems can do this without a ton of coding knowledge.

What do you dislike about the product?
We have a very challenging set up here at Hitachi, tons of accounts under each paid media channel, and so it was pretty hard to ensure all the data is aligned. It did take some time and a lot of dev help from Adverity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have streamlined our reporting from weeks to minutes which is quite a win. However, we use so many systems that sometimes it can be challenging to integrate them all.
Adverity is a great integration solution I've ever come across with 100% ETL proof.
What do you like best about the product?
Adverity has a very easy and user-friendly user interface to navigate throughout the entire system. Adverity provides many data connection that you may need, it supports full integrated transformation scripts (through an easy, understandable and useable user interface), supports automated and manual data schema mapping, allowing aggregated extraction load with dimension and metrics technique, support multiple destinations, scheduling task and sending email notification got a lot easier, support calculated field, filtering the data, allowing to be able to use a naming convention technique to ease your life, validating the data before loading to the destination, support many different forms of destination load, sends data directly to the dashboard supported platform, and many more endless stuff can be done by Adverity. Just Amazing!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I don't like about the Adverity is that it has less documentation which most of the time causing confusion about how to use the Adverity. There SLA is very good but sometime you need things to be sorted in a transparent manner which is a bit of a challenge as once something has been deleted for Adverity there is no way you can retrieve it, also once you have stopped a task from being running there are no logs left to be tracked later who has stopped what task and why?

What do you like best about the product?
The connect tool is highly intuitive and well desiged. It makes connecting data sources, fetching data, and applying transformations very easy to do, even for those who are not very technical. We have been able to connect all aspects of our media performance data to the platform and visual via the reporting section for media optmisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visualization functionality in the platform can be pretty limiting and restrictive at times. At times it can cause a lot of user frustration, especially compared to platforms like datastudio, domo or tableau where you are able to be very creative with your designs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data ingestion and harmonization across multiple media datasources which allows us to optimize our media performance on various channel via our reporting which we have built in the tool for our regional teams.

Great tool for data ingestion and harmonization. Visualization functionality could be improved.

The easy set up of new connections is easy to do

Being able to pull in data at a scheduled time without any manual work

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is insanely easy to use and to connect to external data sources. Plus the pricing is really good for what the platform offers. All the experiences were great, since the first meeting and now with a dedicated Account Manager. With Adverity I integrated all the DSPs that my company uses and sent the data to our GBQ so I could create a dashboard on Data Studio to visualize it. Even though it wasn't their job Adverity helped me to configurated the GBQ :)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Data Extraction takes more than expected, but I imagine that this a problem on the DSPs, not on their platforms. I can think of things to dislike, I really loved all the process and onboarding.

We had over here a Data Visualization problem, we were using excel spreadsheets to keep track of multiple campaigns, the excel was only on the user computer and only him in all the company had access to the data. Plus the Account Managers were spending a huge amount of time extracting data from all the DSPs, Verizon Media, Xandr (former Appnexus), and Sizmek, with Adverity I was able to automatize all the process of Data Extraction. And the main problem was to keep the Data Historic. We only had the campaign data that the DSPs were able to send us, so every 180 days we lost all the data. With Adverity I'm sending all the data to a Google Big Query account where I keep track of all the campaign data.
With Adverity I'm able to centralize all the data that my company generates. This is awesome to generate new insights.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, I would recommend Adverity to others, but it has a steep learning curve. So in the beginning, it is pretty challenging, but when you are used to the program, the workflow is quite nice.

The comprehensive list of connectors. Covers all digital media platforms on the market. In addition, the reveal module provides excellent insights and is unique to Adverity.

The platform requires a dedicated team. It's pretty sophisticated so it cannot be used across the org by non-technical people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our business efficiently solve data unification and standardization. The reveal module also helps our team reduce time spent on extracting actionable insights so they can focus on providing more strategic guidance to our clients.
Adverity is a very user-friendly tool with many different functions.
What do you like best about the product?
In the frontend you hardly can't do anything wrong and test all the functions by playing around with the various graphics and tables. What I really like is that you can make the dashboards very individual with different colours and fonts. It is great that there is often an update with new functions.
A big compliment to our Account Managerin who always tries to help us and actively reach out to us.
With the new update in the Backend, you can see very clearly when and where there was an import error and click into it. But it would be great if there was a more detailed description of the Error Message, especially for some Errors which came up not so often.

The Backend can be a bit more difficult because of the complex setup.
Sometimes it is a bit hard to understand from where a Import Error came from. Maybe it would be greate to have an import Error List for a better understanding what every Error Message means.
When having a bigger problem it would ofte be easyer to solve it in a call and not via mail, otherless there are sometimes so many mails. A Call can be better used to show the issue.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The support Team from Adverity is always trying their best and give mostly helpful Tips. Most difficult is writing a scrip, but the Help-Center give many eplanations which are very helpful.
Also the variations of the data visualization is a big advantage of adverity. So there is a wide range of options for displaying the Data in different ways. Also in Explore many colleagues can play around with the Data and can so make a fast Data check.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
As I said Adverity is a very user friendly tool in which you have many options to display and personalize the data in different ways. You can play around in Explore and make an own Dashboard for your most important data.

What do you like best about the product?
The usability of the tool, front- and backend, makes for an easy-to-learn system. The extensive library provides necessary insight and the support team has a fast reaction speed to inquiries. Our monthly meetings offer good insight into what is happening with Adverity, discuss future developments, and explore the potential of using the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much flexibility with the visualizations (switching between metrics within a dashboard e.g.) or customization options for the frontend, but these restrictions are understandable due to technical limitations. With the size of our company, tenant management in the frontend has some harsh restrictions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest advantage is bringing together the countless available data sources we work with on a daily basis. It allows us to ascertain errors and mistakes within the system at a faster turn rate. It also offers us an opportunity to connect the dots easier for various sources. That way we can gain a better understanding of campaign performance across multiple channels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a way that enables your employees to familiarize themselves quickly with a tool and gain insight into campaigns, Adverity is a perfect choice. It is especially useful for first time BI users, who are looking for an option without the need of extensive programming knowledge.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the control over designing my dataflow end to end and how responsive the technical support team is when addressing problems.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not a fan of the custom transformations that they have. I have to fight to understand how the config (which maps to custom JSON) relates to more standard Python functions.

ETL. Fetching data from a DSP to automate embedded analytics in our web apps.
