Easy to use for the most part
What do you like best about the product?
Auto-mapping saves a lot of time. I like having the ability to create rules for the data using the transformations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the auto-mapping doeant always match up across data sources such as video view metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now do cross channel analysis without manually matching up the data.
Great onboarding, intuitive workflow
What do you like best about the product?
Adverity helps harmonising data across different platforms in an intuitive UI, they have broad connector support and a great onboarding program tailored to whatever use case you'd like to work on when employing their platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigating the UI sometimes takes more clicks then necessary, but improvements are being made

With the help of Adverity we're able to automate pretty much all of our reporting needs

The Adverity team is great. The onboarding process was the best and also the tickets follow-up.

What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboarding menu on the present tab could improve by allowing folders use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data gathering from different sources has a vast offer of connectors which is great for marketers who want to have a more comprehensive vision of their strategy.

Great EndtoEnd solution for ETL
What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive Menu SetUp and great onboarding service.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some modules need to be purchased extra for relatively high prices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for the Integration and pre-processing of a variety of data sources (mainly Marketing) before processing it in our DWH.
Useful ETL Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The simplicity of the platform regarding the datastreams creation. We really like the structure of the platform, how easy is to create the individual datastreams, scheduling and destinations. Also the configuration mapping is useful for someone that is not very tech so that everyone can understand it from different departments. The destination with Google Big Query and Amazon S3 is very recommendable, as it is a faster way of connecting all the data, instead of using a passive destination.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity of the platform regarding the rules that you can add and the technical part. When you need to create a Bundle in order to have several datastreams connected. We would recommed to integrate a way without the Bundle so that you can avoid issues. Also the passive destination with Google Data Studio is not helping to show the data easily. Our feeling was back and force within the platform, while we just wanted to have all costs from different platforms in one place.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems were mainly related to the scripts and Bundle issues. Also, with the passive destination of Google Data Studio, we weren't able to see at the beginning a few data streams, for instance, the conversions from Google Adwords, and we needed to implement a bunch of rules. After they've been resolved it has added value to our business model. Now is a useful tool that we have to pull the different costs across Power BI, for instance, to see all our data across different panels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Useful ETL Tool for basic purpusses integrating all platform costs. I recommend it.

I think the maintenance of the data is quite laborious and you need great support to get into the tool

What do you dislike about the product?
- Proof of concept was difficult as many functions did not work as expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integrating generic data sources such as Google, Facebook or Zendesk. Business Analysts can set up the data pipelines themselves, and don't have to rely on/wait for data engineers to do the work. Benefits are savings in time and cost.
The product is very well thought out and works in a pretty scalable way.
What do you like best about the product?
The way that you have full freedom in what data to use and how to use it with Enrichment procedures allowing you to customise every piece of data that gets in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all data is worth the same for us but there is no way to say that X data fetch should be prioritised over Y data fetch.
Not the easiest to use for non techies but definetely good for the flexibility it has.

Real-time dashboards and advanced analytics on marketing datasets.
You can create additional datasets based on the data you already have for ease of use like campaign groups.
Can create pretty unique datasets because of the amount of integrations from APIs it has.

Pretty flexible in terms of creating Marketing dashboards, the visualisations that you can create are great and are everything you will ever need. Also the use of simple Python commands to alter the data is a lifesaver as not all data comes cleansed in the right way ever.

Gathering data from multiple sources such as Facebook ads, Google Ads, and for dozens of accounts. Also, to be able to prepare the data for sending to DWH from the marketing (start)
Excellent onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process was very nice and guided excellent by the onboarding team. The follow up contact includes every detail as well as the video of the onboarding session. This helps a lot regarding any possible function and its implementation later on. The 24/7 support on 5 days a week also gives a good feeling. The number of possible connections is also a thing which leads us to Adverity. It has also a lot of functions which may be more relevant on later stage of implementation and using Adverity. Especially the Enrichment possibiliteis may have a big advantage depending of a customers setup.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet, everything works like described and we are not using it so long i could say anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to gather, combine and process data of all channels we are using, making us more independent from Google or any ohther channel. Especially when you are in a branch which is kind of new, we feel more comfortable by not sharing all of our information and data to one party, better keep them safe.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be sure that you only consider channels and it's data you need. Nice to have data may mess up your view on relevant data.
