Smart device monitoring made easy
What do you like best about the product?
Informative real-time dashboards provided by Memfault are a great tool to keep track of the health of my smart devices. Using it, now the crash logs can be easily and insightfully captured.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to say for a dislike/ demerit. The pricing is a little expensive for small organizations. So, pricing and variety of packages are something that needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The interpretation of logs is easy with Memfault. It would have otherwise taken a lot of time to do so manually. Management of logs is simplified - I can send a Memfault link without sending actual log data which is heavy.

What do you dislike about the product?
In general, everything is good and of quality. The only thing that could be improved is that the cloud interface was easier to use.
