Great alternative to Docusign
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. I like that you can see updates real time. So if a provider is typing in Panda I can open that same document and help them with wrapping up the process. I use it daily.The customer support is great. It was roled out to us this year and it was easy to adapt to. It works well with our systems. I love the features!

I don not like how difficult it can be to find documents that were sent by other teammates.

it allows us to have documents signed quickly and efficiently.

a few features (i may not know) about new generic fields to auto populate more documents at once, option to clear some specific fields in case it`s mandatory to refill some blanks

This product makes document management and authoring a breeze. A must for any firm.

Easy to use, portable and creates nice clean documents. We use it for producing a variety of instruction documents, where templates are important.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the editing can be a bit tricky to navigate and a little glitchy but very rare. Overall it is a great system.

Contract management part is not very friendly at this moment.

Saves time thus making the sales team's work more efficient as well as increases deal closing percentage.
Sales User sending multiple quotes every day
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc is a great app for recurring documents like sales quotes. I create about a half dozen quotes a day. I like the fast fill features and the integration ability with our CRM so client information is automatically populated into new quotes and documents. The interface is clean, intuitive and easy to learn. I like the ability of users to make certain changes before acceptnce and the auto-notification of accepted quotes is great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have much in the way of downsides to report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main benefit to Pandadoc is the speed in which I can now process and send quotes. The big problem with recurring quotes is maintaining all the critical information such as price levels and product specifications. Pandadoc allows me to maintain and edit templates so changes can be distributed quickly and easily. Pandadoc solves the problem of keeping quote status and expiry dates up to date with its automated features and optional reminders.
Wonderful document system and CPQ alternative with great integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I manage multiple PandaDoc instances, many with multiple workspaces for business units, some workspaces with dozens of end users in various roles. We use the tool for in house HR, Legal, Channel sales, and direct sales. It's so customizable and scales great for our unique team needs.
- Document template creation tool is powerful and very intuitive once you get to know it (it's a little confusing at first because there are so many options)
- You can create BEAUTIFUL documents and alternate versions on the fly
- Document and template management is super easy for admins, and usage is super easy for end users
- Document management is easy for all sorts of end users (ie. sales reps can manage their own documents)
- Document generation within CRM is wonderful for end users ... don't need multiple tabs open
- Document automation options make managing alerts and expirations very simple for users
- Post-completion automation and document file save back to CRM platforms works great
- Integrations to other platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc) are really customizable
- TONS of custom options when integrating to SFDC (multiple options to sync to Opportunities, Opp products, and/or
Orders, Order Products, etc)
- Two-way sync (write back) to CRM can be done very easily with Zapier
- Support chat is highly available and email support usually responds in under 24hrs
- Helpdesk is highly searchable and includes good documentation

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Share proposals, orders, MSA, and other documents. Services our CPQ needs. document generation by sales reps, custom document building, automation with CRM systems to move deals down pipeline. We also use it for legal and HR related forms.
A great tool
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple to use and provides a nice tool to streamline how customers receive proposals.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of 2-way integration with Hubspot is a bit irritating - it doesn't pull £ values through.

Pandadoc makes customizable forms in an easy manner, leveraging tokens and widgets for easy build.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily modify forms, and leverage tokens via Hubspot integration.

Nothing really, it's pretty solid, I cannot think of any significant improvements, at least for how I use the app.

Digital signatures and traceability, along with form-consistency.
