Great support platform for my business
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to navigate and work with. The previous software was super frustrating as the formatting was glitchy. It looked great, but I spent hours trying to get the formatting. PandaDoc tables and page setups are easy and functional; I have no issues getting the formatting to do what I want it to do. I like the signature order setting, one of my favorite features, and you can copy someone without signing.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I could change one thing, it would be that when it sends to people, it says my name is sending it vs. my business or my client's business (whom I send things for). Sometimes, people don't know who I am yet, so they think it's spam. Maybe the feature is there, but I haven't found it. Otherwise, I love PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It keeps my documents secure and not in my emails. I like all my signed documents in one place.
Pandadoc has enabled closing deals under a week!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is user-friendly and easy to get the hang of, making working with clients much smoother. The platform understands clients' needs and feels more tailored to our interactions. They've got these customizable templates that are handy for reusing documents without starting from scratch every time. Plus, one of the best parts is that when you send out contracts, they actually get to where they're supposed to go and don't end up in someone's spam folder.
What do you dislike about the product?
API Integration comes at added costs and requires an upgrade.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting Agreements signed with great speed.

This tool has seamlessly become an integral part of our daily operations due to its remarkable simplicity and clarity. Its implementation and integration into our system were not only straightforward but also remarkably efficient. The consistent support provided is nothing short of friendly and commendable.

What do you dislike about the product?
There might be an infrequent issue where the loading process experiences a minor hiccup. However, I must emphasize that this happens exceptionally rarely and doesn't significantly impact the overall usability and reliability of the platform.

Bundling Documents is not available in App, only available via the Web.

Digitization of documents, reducing costs on paper and printing. Also, is a great tool for integrity of data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can import my Word documents and then edit them if needed before sending. Other apps, you just get the option of adding fields. It allows for flexibility in contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Placing fields is a little hard sometimes. They snap to weird locations if you have a lot of fields or objects in the same area. kinda have to trick it sometimes or it won't stay where you put it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track when clients look at a proposal. Lets me know when they sign and pay. Very useful in staying on top of them.

We have been using Panda Doc and are happy with the features provided. This is fulfilling our need for the near future and allowing us to grow before we build stronger relationships.

None at the moment, we are happy with everything that has been provided.

It is easy to get the contract signed.
It is a little clunky but you can make really nice proposals

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. I like that you can see updates real time. So if a provider is typing in Panda I can open that same document and help them with wrapping up the process. I use it daily.The customer support is great. It was roled out to us this year and it was easy to adapt to. It works well with our systems. I love the features!

I don not like how difficult it can be to find documents that were sent by other teammates.

a few features (i may not know) about new generic fields to auto populate more documents at once, option to clear some specific fields in case it`s mandatory to refill some blanks
