Great Option for Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
The fact that PandaDoc esign documents are HIPPA compliant is essential to our company. There have been a lot of improvements to Panda over the past few years with easier document prep options and better sending options.
We also like the way that forms are easy to use on a cellphone and that we can go into the document and see the progress prior to it being submitted. This is pivotal to our company because we are able to troubleshoot if a parent has problems with the doc.

What do you dislike about the product?
There could still be improvements made to the document prep process. Sometimes it is difficult to get fillable fields aligned well within a document which results in final documents that don't look as professional as they could. I also wish we could change the view when editing a doc so you could zoom in to help with formatting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need a quick, HIPPA compliant way to send and receive documents for our company. We need to be able to create documents that are easy to use and can be customized to meet the needs of our audiences: parents, employees, and business partners.

What do you like best about the product?
That you can track when people open documents. Audit trails, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much. Everything seems quite modern and up to standard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is much easier to sign and get signatures for agreements. Also, looks much more professional coming from Panda Doc instead of a PDF.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is a reliable and simple way to obtain signatures digitally. Users get detailed updates regarding the status of the documents sent: when the document is viewed, when it is signed and when it is completed. Even the least technical customer can simply approve a document. The service is easy and reliable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Editing the document is not as simple as it could be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc gives our reps a platform to generate documents that require a signature that is easy to use from any computer and delivers updates on the documents status in real time. Customers who have access to email can approve the document which has significantly sped up the contract approval process for our reps.
Exceeded my expectations
What do you like best about the product?
I have tried several other known platforms for collecting signatures. PandaDoc is by far my favorite. The price is reasonable and the features meet my needs perfectly. It is a user friendly platform and saves tons of time for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't experienced any downsides. As with any tech platform, it takes a little effort to get used to the organization of information and all the features.

We use Pandadoc every day and find the ease and speed of getting out a very professional quote a real plus. We integrate with HubSpot which works very well. They are always releasing quality-of-life improvements.

Default views would be nice especially when you have large numbers of teams using the product

I believe the system rocks. Its simple to use and frankly makes my presentations standout.

Panda Doc is a fairly easy product to use.
What do you like best about the product?
There are lots of helpful videos to guide you. Customer support is also quick to respond when needed. I didn't get any formal training, and I was able to figure things out on my own fairly quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it was more user friendly. When I make a template, I would like that process to be easier.

We are able to create contracts and then follow-up orders that require multiple signatures. These are send out by email to the necessary recipients and then returned.

Using PandaDoc with our CRM system we can create proposal in seconds. It's quick and easy for clients to review and sign off online.

Overall everything is great. If there was one thing editing of text within tables can be a little frustraing at time.
