Wonderful experience using PandaDoc
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use, and has many useful features. For example, the ease of being able to send receipents a direct link to sign the document. Using the templates makes it quicker to send forms to many different people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't like having to upload one document at at time and having to put the receipent in every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of getting documents signed when our students are all over the world.
Easy and Painless to Use
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is extremely helpful in the field of Human Resources. When sending an offer letter, I can easily upload our template and input specific details in real time. From there, I can send the offer letter directly to our candidate for review and signature. Additionally. you can create an order for sginatures- this allows me to request a signature from the hiring manager first prior to the candiate viewing. The process takes me no longer than 5 minutes due to the easy features!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometime, PandaDoc offers to input signature fields based on where they think they would go. This can be inaccurate, so I always manually input the fields I want myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Rather than sending important documents through email for signatures (a process where the recipient has to download/print the document, sign it, then scan it to send back electronically), PandaDoc allows me to send a document to the recipient and get real time updates on how many times the recipient has viewed it (when) and eases the process of them sending it back. Additionally, this helps ensure data integrity as the document is sent directly to the intended recipient. Once complete, the time signed and location of the recipient is noted on the last page.

Great integration w/ Hubspot which saves our commercial teams time when they are creating contracts.

Gathering historical documents can sometimes be a challenge.

Creating documents and keeping them for reference.
Effective, easy, streamlined
What do you like best about the product?
The integration into Salesforce keeps sales processes consistent and data flowing properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes formatting is difficult to play with, but that is likely user error or lack of knowledge within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to use contracting platform that makes it easy to send contracts out and track statuses. Data flows back into Salesforce instead of having to update manually.

Very quick and easy to create a service agreement and it works as a plug in for hubspot!

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc offers extensive versatility, providing solutions for a wide range of tools necessary for daily operational needs. We use PandaDoc for quoting, marketing brochures and proposals and general contracts.
PandaDoc works with many of the availble CRM platforms and easily becomes an integral and centralized part of our day.
PandaDoc also has a massive online tutorial library with live instructor videos and very accessible customer support. So much of the code is written to allow us to easily create documents and brochures with all the bells and whistles, you almost feel like you're a web designer!

What do you dislike about the product?
As a new user to PandaDoc linked to Hubspot, I found it to be a bit dauntingat first. I wanted to utilize many of the PandaDoc products, but it takes a few minutes to get comfortable with the various programs and initial development of your product or templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralized contract and quote needs

What do you like best about the product?
I've only been using PandaDoc for a few months, but I already like the program. It is easy to use and send docs quickly to clients. If anything changes in the future I'll be sure to update my review.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard sometimes to edit existing templates but I've been able to get around any changes I need to make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is allowing me to send contracts and agreements to clients quickly. I like that I get notified when docs are viewed and signed.
Easy Software and Reasonably priced
What do you like best about the product?
Very straightforward software. Easy to implement.

Nothing yet to dislike about PandaDoc. Been using it over a year.
