Excellent Document Management Product for Teams
What do you like best about the product?
The templates and workspace features are invaluable to our team. We have been able to create multiple workspaces for our teams, allowing us to give different access to different team members based on the workspace. The templates and ability to create documents quickly is perfect for the repetitive proposal writing that our team does.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no copy/paste of images on documents. Sharing documents between workspaces and allowing visibility of documents in the shared environment is not always user-friendly. There are workarounds, thought.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The big problem that it solved is with integrationa and speed. We have our CRM tied directly to PandaDoc templates and it makes the proposal and quote writing a process that takes seconds instead of an hour.
Panda Doc is Great!
What do you like best about the product?
We use Panda Doc for all of our HR document need.
New hire packets, disciplinary forms, ect.. I enjoy the fact that it automatically send it and lets you know when it has been opened and completed.

It is helping reduce administrative tasks, and improve efficiency as well as managing documents in a timely manner.
Great for small businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I have checked out a couple of different PDF managers, and have found PandaDoc to have the best interface. From uploading documents (which are scanned by the program and identifies potential fields for autofill and assigning signoffs, dates etc). The ability to send reminders as well as the library of completed documents (in one place) has made my work a lot easier. The annual subscription fee also brings it within reach of many small businesses
Customer support is excellent, and are accessible easily through the web interface. I have found that with the help of customer service, I have been able to set this up easily.

What do you dislike about the product?
Pandadoc is not as well known in Canada, and some clients have never even heard of it. However, it is a package that can easily take on the big players. My one issue which I assume the programmers can address is having it integrate with tax software such as Profile.

It has easily solved my need for esignature on authorization forms as well as streamlining my investigative files and letters

Fast and effeicient. Easy to create documents for customer signatures

Changes to dashboard sometimes take time to review the changes

Need to get signatures quickly and without distorted images from scanning and emailng.
Easy to use and manage documents
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use an upload docs. Management of files is simple. I use almost daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't really think of many downsides. Maybe more customization would be great but everything can be uploaded easily.

Timing of getting job offers and contracts signed
Provides exactly what I need at this stage of my business at the free level

Intuitive and easy to use. I've found that, at this stage of my business, the free version offers what I need, which is just to upload a document and have all parties sign and date it. I also really like the notifications I receive when the document has been viewed and signed.

Because I'm on the free version, I haven't used the full features available. I've found that, at this stage of my business, the free version offers what I need, which is just to upload a document and have all parties sign and date it. Consequently, I don't have any dislikes at this time.

I used to have a PDF and it wasn't always easy for clients to sign it. Pandadoc makes it so much easier, plus I can go to one location to find signed contracts.
Great Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
I frequently use PandaDoc & I enjoy the ease of integration I get. I like the simplicity of Pandadoc, once you enter in a document it will autofill the signatures & dates fantastic ease of implementation with this platform. I also like that you get visibility & can see the other person filling out the form; this is incredibly helpful in sales or customer service! The document will also send you notifications when they have completed the document. Great customer support as well!

I have zero dislikes about PandaDoc, I think they have a great platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a lot of contracts & background documents that need to be filled out in my company; Panda doc allows a seamless integration between the user & the client.
Panda Doc is Great
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about panda doc is the workflow automations. The automations reduce manual aspects of getting a contract ready to send and storing the contract after it is signed. Very seemless integration with Google Drive and Hubspot.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have had some issues with billing and account set up but the team is always willing to help us out.

Pandadoc helps us solve our document signing process.
