What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use - from being able to collaborate on documents with others to using it on your phone! It is a simple (dumby proof) system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortuatly I wish when you pasted someothing from outside of Panda Doc - that it would format it to what you have it in. I also wish that there was more concistantsy to when it notifys you that someone has viewed the doc - sometimes it does and soemtimes it doesnt.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of contracts -we have 3 different territoires and different devisions within so it keeps us organized and efficient

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is one of the most straightforward signature management tools I've ever used. The editor is quite simple to use and offers flexibility to compose and customize very sophisticated documents. It also price scales in a friendly way for early-stage startups. Products like DocuSign, for instance, were prohibitive when we started our business. But now, we're scaling with PandaDoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
PandaDoc still lacks of some native integrations that can automate workflows even further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing Contracts at large scale and getting proof of signature.

Inputting information mannually is quite the pain when dealing with large lists

Sometimes the prospect see the digital signature as not trustful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The gap between the time it takes from a negotiation meeting to actually deliver the proposal. This allows companies to enlarge pipeline as they are faster than ever delivering proposals.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy, quick to use, and very convenient for business and personal use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I don't understand is how I can add 2 different emails so that two different people can sign the same document because it won't let me do it.

So that all my clients can sign documents quickly and without problems.

TYou have to prefill most of the contact information before it prefills. A dropdown menu would be great

What do you like best about the product?
We've been using PandaDoc for five years and can't imagine our workflow without it. It used to be such a pain to put together contracts. While we had templates in Microsoft Word, it was always easier just to start with a previous agreement and modify it. The risk with this was the potential for missing unique terms or custom scope items required by one client but not another. Plus, having to chase down signed agreements--the housekeeping was a nightmare. PandaDoc completely streamlines the process. We've established templates for everything, have a robust content library that feeds the templates, smart content that auto-populates from our CRM, and pricing tables that auto-calculate total fees, discounts, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
My few very minor wishes are 1) I wish there was a bit more control in pricing tables. I'd like the ability to select by default which pricing tables are included in the document total (you can manually change it, but you have to remember each time). 2) I wish you could create a pricing table that would automatically calculate a fee payment schedule based on conditional logic or linking to the main pricing table. 3) I would like the automations to become more robust and customizable. This is still a new feature, so I have hope that this will be a near-term addition. 4) I'd like the page breaks to be a little more seamless. You have to do some finagling to get the page breaks right if you're picky about that like I am.

As a lean team, PandaDoc saves a huge amount of administration time, streamlines processes, increases transparency, and automates tedius workflows.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrations with Salesforce makes use very easy. Updates when customers open / sign documents is very helpful.

Not much, the tool satisfies my business needs
