Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Notifications when document opended and signed

I can't think of any cons at the momement

Allows us to get contracts signed electronically without delays such as sending via USPS or FedEx
Very efficient and cost effective
What do you like best about the product?
I love templates! All of our customers need to fill out certain forms, depending on what courses, or destinations they are participating in. I love that I can prefill our company name and their name so that things get filled out correctly the first time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can't think of any downsides. I wish the bubble choices had a few more options, but I make it work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company requires tons of paperwork. This is an efficient way to keep track and store everything.

PandaDoc keeps getting better
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using PandaDoc for over 2 years. It is very user friendly and I love that I am able to use the template feature when sending out documents. I like that when I input a document I can still make it editable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their customer support is lacking, but I has gotten better over the years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have helped me with any issues I have had. I only wish that you could have a live chat with someon.
Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc has saved me so much time. I also love that I can see when potential clients open the doc and how much time they spend reviewing the various sections.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't love that when the contract expires, I have to create a whole new document. For example, if a family waits too long to sign the agreement, the doc. is no longer accessible to me. Then, I have to start over. Potentially, there is a way to work around this, but if there is, it isn't obvious. Also, there is now a fee attached when I want to send a reminder to a client.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping me manage all of my contracts. No longer to I have to mail them to clients or send them via email for them to be printed and signed. Yay!
Best Start for Organizing Sales
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc allows us as a creative agency to easily make the slides we need in different softwares, to then easily upload and view for internal/external use. The product catalog is somewhere I've lived quite a bit in the everchanging landscape of digital and B2B marketing. The software seems to never be down, and also changes in ways that make work on my end much more effecient. For the cost, this is a great place to start for any company to begin organizing and managing sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like how easy it was to get started. Once we had our sales documents it was as simple as uploading the content and then customizing to our industry categories we most frequently see. Again, this is a software that made an easy transition for me, as I went from an Account Executive to the Sales Director for the company I'm with now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can now get a dozen proposals out in the time I could only get 3-4 out with the previous process we used.
PandaDoc better then DocuSign
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and easy to send. Intergated well with our services.

Nothing specifically that I don't like about PandaDoc.

How simple and easy it is to use and get going, plus the staff is very helpful

Interface can be slow at times, doesn't always respond right away

It's made everything digital for us not having to sign any paper documents and allowing us to streamline our hiring process
PandaDoc Is User Friendly

I like that PandaDoc is user-friendly. And that it is affordable for my nonprofit.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides to PandaDoc.

Since everything in our nonprofit is remote it helps with signatures and having the audit trail makes it even better.
