PandaDoc is a great tool for the legal profession
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is extremely easy to use and very intuitive. You can send out documents to be signed in as little as 5-10 minutes.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found any downsides to using PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can get our forms signed and sent back to us in as little as 15 minutes. It helps us get the required compliance documents signed and uploaded.
User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
The user-friendly interface has made it incredibly easy for our entire team to adapt to the new system. The ability to create professional-looking documents efficiently has significantly streamlined our workflow.
Additionally, I'm particularly impressed with PandaDoc's history-saving feature. Having the ability to easily access and reference previous documents has been a huge time-saver and has improved the accuracy of our work.

I can not think of any dislikes at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to share a positive update regarding our document return process. In the past, we encountered challenges in efficiently obtaining signed documents from parents. However, we’re pleased to report that implementing PandaDoc has significantly streamlined this process.

Super helpful for parent and therapist signatures!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that PandaDoc makes it so easy for me as a professional to obtain essential signatures from parents, other professionals, and my supervisees. I use it every day to collect signatures on professional documents such as parent coordination agendas, treatment plans, and therapist feedback forms. It is very user friendly and has different features to make the process quick and easy for everyone invoved. I love the automatic reminder feature!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not currently see any downsides to PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is solving my problem of trying to chase parents and supervisee's down for signatures on documents. It makes it so easy to just sen it through PandaDoc, the person can open it and quickly press one button to sign and it will send it right back to me.
How PandaDoc has made my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to integrate with my payment processor so that closing deals and getting payment is quick and easy. The platform is easy to use and I can brand it to my owner company. This was a big upgrade to proposify, which is the system I used before PandaDoc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing honestly. It has solved all the problems I needed it to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem it solved for me was the integration with Stripe so that I could accept payment details immediately. The previous system I used wouldn't allow me to do that.
Easy, user-friendly document platform
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is very user-friendly, easy to use

I dislike being limited /not getting all the available features with our business account

Getting verified electronic signatures in a safe, trusted, confidential, easy to use platform instead of having to use email or print/ scan pen and paper signatures.
It makes creating documents for digital signings easy.

It's a simple and intuative platform to use.

It has everything we need to manage our contracts with vendors and clients. Few clicks and our job is done, both for us and our clientele. Saves time while creating the contracts and getting them signed.

Solid platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use is great. Had been using DocuSign and was resistant to change, but PandaDoc was super intuitive and I've been very happy with it. My clients like it as well!!

There are no downsides that I am aware of or struggling with.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc makes it easy to take care of documents with our clients, many of whom do not have access to sophisticated technology. We use PandaDoc nearly every day. I have shared it with dozens of my colleagues!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not an easy way to modify a document and resend it without re-entering the fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work with a lot of clients who are unable to easily meet in person. This may be due to disabilities, lack of transportation, lack of child care, work schedules, etc. Being able to use PandaDoc means that our clients can give us permission to proceed with critical referrals for other resources. In addition, PandaDoc works well over most devices. As a small non-profit, we could not provide this service if it required expensive apps.
