Helpful for Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
It is so simple to send documents for our employees!
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like more organization of the documents - but that might be my own lack of education on all the ins and outs!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ability to have documents signed quickly (and even via the phone!!)
Easy to use and so convenient!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can put in several docs to be signed, and they all come back to me as individual docs so I do not have to separate them manually.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, whem I make an error I am not sure how to correct it, so I have to delete the whole thing and start again.

What do you like best about the product?
The automated process just makes it so easy to send proposals to clients.

When in edit mode, the boxes move as soon as you click on them.

Great program for contract management
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc has given us a means to have signed engagement letters from all of our clients without the huge expense of the vendor we were previously using. It was easy to set up the platform and to change our systems to working with the very user-friendly interface. We have had limited occasions to have to request customer support, but when we have had to speak with the office, we have received friendly assistance that gets us back on track right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don't really have problems with the Pandadoc platform. I would prefer to have an option where I could pay one lifetime fee to use the platform as opposed to an annual fee each year. I would also like it to be easier to create templates for our contracts that we use most often. But otherwise, we are totally happy with our experience.

Pandadoc is allowing us to easily have our clients sign engagement letters so that we can have accurate digital records and start working with them efficiently.

The best thing is for me to be able to manage many kind of documents, contracts with artists, with shop, with copyright company and also to be able to collect payment

Nothing really, maybe juste not to be able to follow up payment that not goes throught pandadoc

I really do appreciate how convenient PandaDoc is and it's simple to understand and for people to just complete the e-Signature and date. Also, to upload and/or drag a document over from another folder.

It is a very simple and intuitive program! I love that it is free and helps me so much with my business!

e-sign documents and the flow, you can follow up anytime and send to sign through email or any other way by link, for example Whatsapp.

Sometimes if you don't register emails and contacts to e-sign quickly you should refresh the website to charge it.

To get a signed confirmation about terms and conditions, POs, contracts, and NDA.
