Great for Integrations and Easy Contract Process
What do you like best about the product?
Love the integrations and dynamic fields available on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very little analytics. You need to get a very expensive plan to get good analytics
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to control everything from Hubspot. For example sending and creating a proposal inside of hubspot . Using the integration with one click the AEs can create a new proposal based on data that was allready on Hubspot.
Relatively simple and intuitive to use
What do you like best about the product?
The upsides of Panda are the communication - the system itself notifies you when a user has opened and signed a document and how many times they have viewed it and where they have spent the most time. The team at Panda themselves always make themselves personally available to help with any queries or training you may need and are open to suggestions about improvements to the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the Guides could be labelled better so users could self serve more

Easy to Navigate and Seamless Process
What do you like best about the product?
I love using the email feature to send contracts out immediately and easily download the PDFs after completion. The whole process is extremely seamless and simple to implement workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sending additional documentation would be helpful.

Great and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use. There was a minimal learning curve. The audit trail is easy to follow and keep up with documents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of, our ops team has set things up well and I have no issues.

Sending and signing contracts
PandaDoc provides law firm with high level efficiency!
What do you like best about the product?
Having the ability to easily generate Client Agreements for e-sign, and sending out invoices, quotes, and proposals, has been instrumental in streamlining processes, and reducing the turnaround time for the appropriate documents. Our sales/operations team finds it integral to their roles and responsibilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are completely satisfied! Nothing that we dislike at the moment.

Documents being sent for e-signature. With the ease of use for clients to execute documents for signature, we are experiencing shorter turnaround times to achieve sign off and starting our services!
Phenomenal Tool for Small Businesses
What do you like best about the product?
We provide nonprofit consulting services so we use PandaDoc for our new client contracts and existing client contract renewals. Additionally, before we start work on projects, we provide a quote or detailed proposal for clients to review and sign. I love that we can create a library of customizable templates in which you can add blank placeholders (called "variables") for specific fields (name, address, email, etc.) throughout the documents. They will autopopulate with the data entered by you, which is a time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more ability to customize the formatting of my documents. I would like the ability to add a title row to the tables, but that's just me being particular. You can add column headers just as you can in Word/Excel tables. I also would like the option to reduce the amount of space between text boxes (i.e., title and body). These are minor things in comparison to the fantastic features of PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc has absolutely streamlined my contracting and quoting/propsal process for my small business. We provide nonprofit consulting services so we use PandaDoc for our new client contracts and existing client contract renewals. Additionally, before we start work on projects, we provide a quote or detailed proposal for clients to review and sign. I love that we can create a library of customizable templates in which you can add blank placeholders (called "variables") for specific fields (name, address, email, etc.) throughout the documents. They will autopopulate with the data entered by you, which is a time saver. I highly recommend PandaDoc - a budget friendly tool - for anyone in need of streamlining operations.
Pandadoc is a great product

Pandadoc is a very user friendly product that make it easy to create many proposals in short period of time.

I don't see a way to turn off document expiration

Ability to create and modify proposals quickly

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc's dashboard and features are intuitive, and their customer support team is very responsive. We use PandaDoc almost daily and are so pleased with its streamlined process and ability to be sent via link or email.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing right now comes to mind to be dislike about PandaDoc. It does the job, the price is somewhat reasonable, and the features and UX are easy to implement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We needed a program that could provide us custom templates for RFP proposals in addition to simple signature requests for our clients to authorize deals more quickly. Both avenues hae beneffited us well thus far as our saved RFP templates have come in handy, and many of our clients are getting more comfortable with a quick e-signature request for PandaDoc instead of having to print off the quotation and sign it manually.
Long term Pandadoc user
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy to use, I haven't had any issues ever with it at all. I like the fact that I can send them a link and the fact that mosr people trust and are happy to use panda.Doc to sign off on a contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
Proabably just the fact I have to insert all the little fields everytime when all my contracts are bascially identical. Its always the same adjustments and placements of the fields and I wish I could preset them.

Having a way to remotely get contracts signed by customers.
