What do you like best about the product?
I don't have anythign good to say about these people.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found their service basically useful until they started stealing from me and avoiding communication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used them for basic documentation signing and then they started making a bunch of unathorized payments and actively avoided communicating with me about it. They're just another bunch of sleezy SaaS criminals on the internet.
Very easy to use and to implement with HubSpot CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Implementing PandaDoc has been amazing for our business’s efficiency. The seamless integration with HubSpot allows our Sales Team to create and sign documents easily, without needing to master a new tool. As a Sales Operations Manager, I appreciate how data from our CRM is automatically populated into documents and how additional information is saved back into the CRM upon completion. This has streamlined our operation and fostered collaborative workflows. Its user-friendly interface and robust security measures make it a fantastic tool for maintaining compliance while going completely paperless. Overall, PandaDoc has made our processes more efficient and hassle-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
No Offline mode available, while signing on site you need to have a stable connection
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to create Documents which can be used directly from our CRM HubSpot
A great solution for small businesses!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is very affordable for small businesses. It has enough features to help streamline the "get a contract signed" process. I love the feature of being able to assign information and signature fields to different users and that PandaDoc notifies me when everyone has completed their part.
What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't many downsides to PandaDoc, but if I'm being really nitpicky...
* Creating documents can be a little tedious in getting data fields to align properly with the text.
* If you are copy & pasting from existing Word (or other) documents, the initial "paste" requires some dilligence in getting it properly formatted to PandaDoc.
* Printing out a PDF of an agreement often comes out really misaligned - to the point of being indecipherable.
Once that's all done, functionally, PandaDoc is great!

Everything can be done digitally for our clients. We used to send PDF templates of our contracts. Other than those with upgarded Adobe features, everyone else had to print the PDF, manually fill out the info, and then scan/photograph the doc and send it back to us. WIth customizable data fields (for the client) and e-sigs, they can do it all from their phone/PC.

panda docs is easy to use and distribute to workers, peers and clients and pretty much universal

I dont see any issues with panda docs lately it's been working well

it's easy to use and we can use it on any device laptop, mobile phone, tablet

How easy it is to setup and use. The integration with HubSpot is incredible.

I love how you can save templates and quickly customise them for individual clients. They have a fantastic support team which personally have only had to engage with once and the issue was resolved quickly.

Nothing comes to mind, has made my job much easier

The ability to send a proposal that a client can quickly review and sign without needing to manually edit a PDF

Easy to use, easy to sign and your clients are used to this kind of tools.

It doesn't upload the GDocs on the same format.

Faster deal closing
highly recommended to friends and employees, however there are time that you will experience latency

Quick and User Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Coming from an Adobe User for many years, switching to PandaDoc has made updating documents/templates very easy and much more user friendly. Our Customer Service Manager/Rep is very helpful with questions.
As for using PandaDoc, I use it everyday and we have around 29 users throughout our company that use it as well. They hardly report issues to me.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when uploading a document and using the "convert" feature, the spacing and alignment messes up. It is quick to fix, however.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Effective e-signatures for completing onboarding paperwork and offer letters.

What do you like best about the product?
The smart content is super useful for trimming down how many templates we need at any given time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some UI functions are not available in the API which can be very frustrating when trying to streamline your operations via automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc provides us with a solution to having binding agreements signed electronically as well as documenting internal communication between teams such as process handoffs and project scoping documentation.
