What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive Interface: PandaDoc’s user interface is clean, modern, and easy to navigate. Even for users with limited technical skills, creating, sending, and tracking documents is straightforward, which saves a lot of time compared to traditional methods.
Customizable Templates: One of the standout features is the ability to create and store customizable templates. This is especially useful for teams that need to send similar documents (contracts, proposals, etc.) repeatedly. It allows for consistency across documents while reducing the time spent drafting new ones from scratch.

What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile Experience: Although PandaDoc works well on desktop, the mobile experience can sometimes feel less intuitive. It’s functional for quick edits and signing on the go, but building or editing documents on mobile can be cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Analytics and Reporting: PandaDoc provides document analytics that show when recipients open the document, how much time they spent on each page, and more. This is helpful for sales teams in following up and prioritizing leads.

User-friendly interface. Easy to use. Highly recommended.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I could not find anything that I dislike. Very happy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Client authorisation and declaration made it easy. No need to print documents and clients don't need to come to office in person. Everything can be done remotely and easily.

What do you like best about the product?
We started using PandaDocs earlier this year and it has been very useful to our business. The Rooms, templates, ease of use, integrations, and friendly account managers have made the move seamless. I would highly recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Mass editing could be improved, or adding AI to help with repeat admin work
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us have a central location for all our compliance and regulatory items.
Pretty good software for generating quotes when connected with HubSpot
What do you like best about the product?
Quote generation is generally a bit of a drag, but with PandaDoc, it is less of a drag. Once you enter the line items in Hubspot, it can pull those items into Pandadoc, and generate the quote seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The initial implementation took a bit longer. Also, sometimes it generates a fake "Qty" column which is not really correct. You can hide it and show the real "Qty" column, which is actually the one linked. Not really sure what causes that weird behavior.

It makes the quote generation easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Insertible fields that can be easily assigned to a recipient, the ability to save and reuse document templates and the detailed audit trail. The user interface is also very easy to understand and our organisation had a very short learning curve.
What do you dislike about the product?
It cannot always identify editable fields.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc provides us an easy-to-use e-signature tool that meticulously tracks the audit trail. We needed a safe and secure contract administration tool and PandaDoc fulfills that purpose.
Easy to use and User friendly
What do you like best about the product?
I live how it is user friendly and easy to use. When you create a document, anything regarding Font, Paragraph etc. are all at the top and easy to find and anything content related on the side. Everything is is one place and no need to look too much.
What do you dislike about the product?
When i want to make changes to a template, it doesnt allow me fully or that could be because of some access. If it's an access thing, then please disregard this. If not there isn't anything that i dislike, so far.

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful and easy to use is this PandaDoc. I would highly recommend this to all of my friends.

I think one side that I seldom experience with PandaDoc is sometimes it just loading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easier to use E-Signature mostly our clients knowing that they were elderly with disability it is easy for them to navigate and to complete their signature using PandaDoc.

Sometimes scribbing signature is hard for fat fingers.
