Panda Doc Is Best!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease and flexibility of the program!
What do you dislike about the product?
Once and a while there is a lag with saving documents, nothing too major, just have to click refresh at the top of the page a few times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Notary & Ease of Completing documents and having folks sign across country.
An intuitive and effective tool
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use, to the point where I picked it up once and immediately understood how to use it. It works exactly as it should.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly at this point nothing, PandaDoc meets my needs and expectations perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with clients who are generally less than tech savvy, PandaDoc lets me walk them through the process painlessly.

PandaDoc still struggles to handle large documents, responding slowly and freezing.

Esignature easy and free!
What do you like best about the product?
Allows to send documents electronically for signature. There is a free plan available.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. So far it has been great. I sent sevreral documents to sign.

Pandadod is user friendly, easy to navigate. Labels are easy to understand.
What do you like best about the product?
1.The varibale, these option are useful on our templates. You can put all varibale you need.
2.You can also easily change the signer email address without putting the document on edit document mode (Click manage recipent>edit personal details) or you can (Click manage reciepient>change signer). Very helful especialy whe you have more than one signer (if one signer alaready signed), no need to resend the whole document for them to sign again.
3. You can copy paste the existing initial box on all pages and paste on the same place of each pages. Make my work easy.

What do you dislike about the product?
1.There are some glitches. Ex: I already filled up all the variables and sent the document, and it was sent successfully and no warning that there's is something that needs to be filled up. When the document is send and you check it one varibale did not reflect the info I provided (ex: Applicant name should be Ana Jones. It still shows {applicant name} in document.
2. There are days that the app is slow.
Additional: If pandadoc can have an option for the sent document to extend the expiration without doing edit document, is much better.

Putting manualy of initial box. Pandadoc improved it and we can now copy paste it on the sample place on each pages of the document.

Free e-signatures, a great user interface and reliable document delivery, all help to create a wonderful experience.

There is nothing I can think of that I don't like!

It's a very streamlined and easy to use tool. Easy to implement. Have not needed to contact customer support.

What do you like best about the product?
The natural user interface and simple document creation in PandaDoc helps you to create professional looking proposals, contracts, and other documents quickly. Time-saving features like the built-in e-signature capability and potential integrations with leading CRM platforms can also save time.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, as far as PandaDoc has a great free plan with pretty good functionality at all, you still have to pay for the premium subscription if you want analytics and some other pro-features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to streamline my documents better, decrease turn around time, and there is now clearer lines of communication with potential clients. It is important for any business that reply upon professional and efficient document management.
