Super easy proposal tool
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, templates, esignature, its just way too easy. Super easy to implement and I use this so much. Almost daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
Formating is difficult in some ways, for example there is nothing like CTRL + F to find or replace something. Support is not the best eather

No need for a proposal team because its so easy and faster to do it alone

Makes collecting signatures from clients so easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc makes the process of collecting signatures from clients so easy. We use it frequently to have our clients sign off on BAS statements, Single Touch Payroll filings, TPAR reports, and other authority documents. Our clients find it really easy to use and our team have been able to implement it with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love it if Pandadoc integrated with Karbon as this is the program we use the most to interact with clients. It would save us a bit of time if the two programs could talk to each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work remotely and are unable to get physical signatures from our clients. Pandadoc allows to collect signatures without our clients having to print the documents, sign them, scan them, and send them back to us. We save so much time by using Pandadoc.

The remind feature is great to help get Docs signed! I also love the replace main Document feature so I don't have to start over every time there is a change.

Nothing, I love panda Doc. If I could I would change not one thing.

Panda Doc Makes Life Easier!
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and reminders to clients are a great feature. I use this program almost daily. Panda Doc makes it easier to get forms/applications signed when the client is not able to come to the office. This program is a time saver and avoids having the client print off documents, sign them and scan or mail them back to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
When links to documents expire before the client clicks on them to e-sign them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc saves the client having to print off documents, sign and scan/mail them back to our office. Very efficient and the client can click on the link in our emails any where they can receive an email. Especially helpful when clients are out of the country.
PandaDoc = Game Changer
What do you like best about the product?
Just about everything. Electronically singing documents before discovering PandaDoc was a PiTA. PandaDoc is intuitive, and allows me to easily customize fields, and send docs in no time at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the size of the field that I add can't be adjusted. Small price to pay for everything PandaDoc brings to the table.

I have yet to have any issues that needed help from PandaDoc
Excellent platform for effortlessly getting documents signed
What do you like best about the product?
I use PandaDoc to obtain sign-off during project delivery. Having the ability to have multiple templated documents that I can send out to clients at the push of a few buttons is valuable. It's taken what was once an email to something more formal, thorough and professional. This is something that I use every week, sometimes more often. It's really easy to set up templates and add these to your library for recurring use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to discover a downside to PandaDoc - so far, it's been a really useful tool and something that has helped to improve our process.

Allows us to effectively gain sign-off on the various stage gates during our implementation projects. This ensures that we have a formal record of customer projects to guard against project governance and delivery issues.

What do you like best about the product?
Documents are completed and signed in an instant. The speed and simplicity at which our customers can complete the required paperwork improves our CSAT (customer satisfaction) score too. We also LOVE that PandaDoc has a Zendesk integration. We use it daily and it's a huge time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a small learning curve for new users of PandaDoc, however that is true with any new software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Obtaining signed docs quickly and easily from our customers to meet deadlines. PandaDoc also allows us to know when a customer has viewed a doc and/or completed a document so that we can move forward with our orders.
A nice and efficient way to make client sign their contracts

The interface is clean and clear.

I don't see any deal breaker.
I see one point maybe there is no way to add signature slot on the same position of all docs. (even if it useless on a legal point)
