Great Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy and quick it is to use Pandadoc. It has really streamlined the process of getting documents executed for me, and I particularly like the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a few more features for free
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has eliminated the need for clients to have to print, sign and scan documents. It saves a great deal of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Its so easy to use and I get everything I need done.

I'm not sure I saw anything I dislike about PandaDoc. I use it in a very basic way and it attends me perfectly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
because I can upload my pdfs and get people to sign it online in a simple way.
I use Pandadoc everyday to send out service agreements to prospects

User-friendly with lots of stats and notifications

I dont like that when I click the link, it sends me a notification that my prospect has viewed the document when in reality I'm the one who's viewed it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves signing a service agreement with prospects remotely.
Excellent template features, and ability to save time when issuing new contracts.
What do you like best about the product?
Using Pandadoc has elevated our systems and allowed our team to streamline new contracts. I enjoy the text features, reminders, and ability to edit and send for e signatures.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the email being sent goes into a customers spam folder and they find it difficult to find.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paperwork is issued to the necessary teams and allowing everyone to be aware of a signed document or contract in our system. It is helpful that it can be edited and changed as needed, then reissued for new signatures. The search feature is also helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
With PandaDoc it's very easy to edit documents, plus I like how convenient it's to send documents to sign instantly, allowing me to make sure the whole process is secure and verifiable. And another great thing is that PandaDoc sends notifications directly to signers' phones when they are late, helping to reduce many hours of waiting.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm happy with PandaDoc. I know the platform is rich in advanced tools but my usage tends to be pretty basic so I couldn't say more about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My use of PandaDoc focuses on document editing and electronic signatures. Many times I have to modify support contracts or research agreements and PandaDoc' intuitive editor allows me to make very quick adjustments, plus PandaDoc mitigates the need for signatories to print, scan or mail documents as everything is done virtually and seamlessly.

What do you like best about the product?
As a sales professional, I can confidently say that PandaDoc has been a game-changer for streamlining my workflow and closing deals more efficiently. The platform is user friendly, making it easy to create, send and track documents, all while maintaining a professional look. I really rather enjoy the tracking functionality. Knowing when a client has opened, viewed and signed the docment. It allows me to follow up at the right moment and has made a difference in my closing rate. Overall, PandaDoc is an excellent tool for anyone in sales who wants to increase efficiency and stay on top of their deals.

What do you dislike about the product?
There aren't any complaints from me, I much like PandaDoc.

Inefficient document creation, manual approval process, poor document tracking, integration issues, inconsistent branding, revenue leakage, compliance and security, and collaboration challenges.
Super easy proposal tool
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, templates, esignature, its just way too easy. Super easy to implement and I use this so much. Almost daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
Formating is difficult in some ways, for example there is nothing like CTRL + F to find or replace something. Support is not the best eather

No need for a proposal team because its so easy and faster to do it alone

Makes collecting signatures from clients so easy!
What do you like best about the product?
Pandadoc makes the process of collecting signatures from clients so easy. We use it frequently to have our clients sign off on BAS statements, Single Touch Payroll filings, TPAR reports, and other authority documents. Our clients find it really easy to use and our team have been able to implement it with no issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would love it if Pandadoc integrated with Karbon as this is the program we use the most to interact with clients. It would save us a bit of time if the two programs could talk to each other.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We work remotely and are unable to get physical signatures from our clients. Pandadoc allows to collect signatures without our clients having to print the documents, sign them, scan them, and send them back to us. We save so much time by using Pandadoc.

The remind feature is great to help get Docs signed! I also love the replace main Document feature so I don't have to start over every time there is a change.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I love panda Doc. If I could I would change not one thing.
