Great integrations
What do you like best about the product?
the pandadoc integration with HubSpot has made contract managment faster and increased my personal productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes the UI is not very intuitive. my time to learn can be extended.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I no longer send hard copy versions of contracts and NDAs.

All is great. I really can't remember anything especial.

PandaDoc solves several key problems, such as the tedious back-and-forth of getting documents signed, managing multiple versions, and keeping track of where everything is in the process. Simplicity and great UX
What do you like best about the product?
I was looking at a number of products to find a way to template my SOWs and NDAs and then edit them on the fly before sending. Other tools were clunky and so confusing to use that I had to call for help during the trials. Not Panda Docs. As soon as I started using it it was clear what I needed to be doing and how to do what I wanted. It seemed incredibly intuitive and a valuable piece of tech in my stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to be able to set default signing order automatically as sometimes I forget to toggle it on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to look professional to prospects and clients.
Allows me to see whether the docs have been viewed/read.
Keeps all docs in one place so I don't hace to remember to file them properly.
Allows me to edit the templates so I'm not reinventing the wheel each time.

Panda Docs - A Resourceful Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Panda Docs can be used for a variety of purposes and is an extremely useful tool to share documents, including those that require electronic signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, uploading documents can be a challenge if not in PDF form. It would be helpful to allow other forms of electronic documentation such as .doc, .docx, etc. If using Google, the document has to be saved as a PDF, then downloaded, and uploaded into Panda Docs. If the form isn't a PDF and is saved on your hard drive as a .doc or .docx under Office360 or Word, it requires multiple steps to upload it onto Panda. It would be helpful for Panda to have the capability to upload and display the document regardless of the type of document it is.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of delivery of documents for clients and reminders for documents waiting for signature. It also serves written documents of proof of delivery, client viewing, and signature. For the client, it serves as access to documents, signature, and return with signature.
Best Document Organiser
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use in creating documents to be signed. Can organise beautifully and find easily the documents I need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Please make it more faster or provide a computer app that can make it faster. The rest are great

Everything is well thought out. Support is amazing. Excellent features.

It does not have a simple photo editor with in it.

Saving time by automating proposal. Consistency in sending and signing documents.
Excellent App for managing quotes
What do you like best about the product?
we love the ability to create quote templates which is very easy to use. This feature along with the built in catalog has been the key to our team deploying quotes quick and effeciently. I would never go back to a spereadsheet for quoting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app still needs some work in order to create quotes on the go. Although, I have seen it progress over the couple years I have been using Panda Doc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we had trouble keeping up with previous quotes in the past and with Panda Doc we know where we are on each and every quote.
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, well organized, and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to be able to see a list of documents signed by name, rather than initials.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A quick way for people to sign online without having to download and hand-sign a document
Really helpful and clear
What do you like best about the product?
Keeps all contracts in one place. i can see progress of users, if it has been read or signed. Easy to use and navigate. I use it most weeks, and have found it to be very reliable. It integrates with Hub Spot well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not many complaints really. it has all the functionanity you need.

Excellent system for ease of contracting
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create new contracts, and easy to implement and send to customers for signature. PandaDoc also has a integration with SalesForce which is extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't allow you to edit all boxes, or free type specific areas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allows me to get contracts and proposals to customers very quickly, and shows me when they view the contract and or proposal I sent.
