So easy to use - why struggle?
What do you like best about the product?
As a business owner, I don't have time to struggle through software in order to get the best use from it. I was able to jump right into PandaDoc and send off a document for signature in minutes - no learning curve.
One of my clients was trying to figure out how to use another product for contracts and I recommended they try PandaDoc. They love it and I scored points for a great recommendation.

What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any downside of using PandaDoc, quite honestly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need client contracts signed and it is so much more professional to use esigning rather than dowloaded, wet-signing, and scanning, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is an exceptional document management system that has significantly improved our overall productivity, workflow, and organization. Its intuitive interface allows for seamless creation, sharing, and tracking of documents, making the entire process more efficient. The system's robust features, such as e-signature capabilities and real-time collaboration, streamline tasks that were previously cumbersome, reducing the time spent on document approval and signing processes. By centralizing our document workflow, PandaDoc has enhanced organization and minimized errors, making it an indispensable tool for our team’s daily operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing, and it's a small thing, is that I wish there were a way to input a list for a bulk send, and it populates the template or combines the spreadsheets. This would save me from having to fill out each cell one by one. However, the current setup is great; I have no complaints, but if I have to say one dislike, that's it.

PandaDoc simplifies document management in digital life
What do you like best about the product?
In PandaDoc it's very easy to import existing PDF files. I regularly need to manage student paperwork and in these situations the electronic signature function has been fantastic, it's intuitive and fast, and offers a traceable process for documents pending signature.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I've experienced no problems every time I've used PandaDoc, it really fulfills everything I need for my tasks at the university.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of tracking, real-time notifications and speed in document management are reasons that made me integrate it into my digital toolset. Moreover, PandaDoc contributes in reducing the use of paper and optimizes my digital workflow.

I like how easy PandaDoc is to use. It makes creating contracts and legal agreements a breeze.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could copy and trasfer tables between documents
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving finding a easy to use software to create proposals and get legal signatures from clients. It makes my life 30x easier I use it multiple times a day.
PandaDoc is Easy-Breezy!
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is easy to use. I can add or subtract pages to contracts, add additional signers, and see clients sign in real time to talk them through the process when needed.
I've closed at least 150 deals on PandaDoc and prefer it to other document signing software I've tried. It's so easy to use I once sent a contract waiting for a flight at my gate. I was able to get the signatures and turn in the order before boarding my flight, which made for a much more enjoyalble trip.

What do you dislike about the product?
I'd love to be able to use different types and sizes of fonts when I add a text box.
Sometimes when I auto fill places to sign or initial, it does't completely work. =)
Sometimes I want to add vertical, diagonal and or horizontal lines or circles on floorplans. (Like on the Microsoft snipping tool.
I work with floorplans, so sometimes it helps to be able to draw directions on them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I covered it in my review... but to add... customers can sign digitally, so there's no need to have them come into the office. It makes life easier for everyone.
Documentation Services
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc offeres a variety of great documentation services at a very reasonable price. They also offer services that help professionals to be more effective in an ever changing market place. They have kept up and adapted to changes and have continued to offer innovative services to their clientele.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not had a bad interaction with PandaDoc as of yet. The staff that I have had very shor interactions with were very personable and resolved y matters promptly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is helping to bridge the gap within the telehealth world. They are helping service providers to connect with client virtually allowing the completion of Clientele Specific documentation to be done remotely at a very competetive price point.
PandaDoc is so easy to use. I share it with everyone! I love how organized it is and easy to manage!
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about PandaDoc is how organized it is! I also like how when we apply the box for signatures it changes colors to specify the person. Also how it also allows you to like where the other person can add there payment info, if we wish to request that. The contact list/book is also nice, the way it lets us add all info like email, phone numbers, name, etc. Oh and the option at the end when you send an attachment or file it lets you type a message for like a rmeinder. That's also neat.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about PandaDoc! I honestly love everythin PandaDoc has to offer. It's super easy to manage and work with. The organization though is my favorite part! I can understand it all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc is solving it all, I have zero complaints! Y'all make it so easy to use when we attach files, or documents and when we send it off. Oh and when it tells us when the other has viewed what we send. That's so awesome!

I like how it is very easy too pickup and use, as well as having the ability to be very helpful with a variety of tools one can use after they use the PandaDoc more.

The notification on when someone has completed filling out a document doesn't always show up or will come in delayed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the task of customers having to come inside the store to sign documents. With the E-signature, customers have to make less trips which conviniences them.
