Application of Pandadoc in my current job setting
What do you like best about the product?
Very quick and seamless process of creating quotes and proposals, great interface, easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, loading times. Editing hub with text boxes are not as smooth as other platforms

Time to create proposal, quick templates to allow me to service clients faster.

The interface is PandaDoc can only be described as intuitive, user-friendly, sleek, and innovative. The performance is fast, reliable, efficient, while customizeable. Top knotch customer support!

The filing system when using with multiple team members.

It has solved our proposal creation process. Created concistency and quality.

There isn't anything I dislike about PandaDoc.

The ability to hold strong to deadlines and to organize e-signature contracts.
Excellent Proposal Software
What do you like best about the product?
Super user freindly, easy to manipulate documents or add different elements to your proposals. Tons of great templates to choose from that you can manipulate to make your own. Honeslty its like if word decided to be user freindly and allow you to make things look cooler.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes can be annoying framing certain things, but I rarely run into this problem. It is also a little more expensive then I would like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Halps me create really attractive professional proposals. As a creative agency we want our porposals to be attractive (like our work) and PandaDoc helps us accomplish this.
Excellent UX, great support team, good integration with Hubspot
What do you like best about the product?
The user experience is great, as it's very easy to navigate, draft, move things around very quickly, and manage the documents. The integrations they have are fantastic, such as Hubspot's which we use since a year to everyone's satisfaction. We're also very happy with the support team who are very responsive and security aware which is important to us.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, nothing to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Issueing contracts, master agreements, NDAs, amendments...
Everything I hoped for and more!
What do you like best about the product?
SO user-friendly, and fast. I have used DocuSign for years and never knew this kind of platform could perform and be so easy to use, until we moved to PandaDoc - being able to compare is helpful, and I am confident that PandaDoc is the best platform of this kind all around. Easy to integrate with other systems and also easy implement - we all learned how to use it in a training call that was under 30 mins, and it is just such a breeze! Customer Support is top-notch, they care about their users, and that is palpable. I use PandaDoc every day, the work I do is now easier than ever before.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of anything honestly - I love it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem-solve was around ease of use. The other program we used to use for years was bulky, and difficult. Using PandaDoc has made my workflow so much more manageable!
User Friendly

It's super user friendly, very easy to figure out. Plus it's free if you only need to use it occasionally.

There are some items that I can't use on the free plan, but that's understandable

I needed an easy way to send contracts to clients, and I wanted it to be easy for them to sign. This is a super easy way for them to sign and I've never had a client reach out to me saying they couldn't figure out how to do it

Pandadoc CPQ helped us to get rid of manual checks in the contracts and speed up the process
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc CPQ streamlined our entire contracting process with a custom-built solution tailored to our needs. It has continuously helped us maintain and improve the process. The implementation was fully aligned between our team and the PandaDoc product team, ensuring we were informed about every change and update.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I’d mention is that, since the feature is highly customized, most changes usually need to be made by the PandaDoc product team. However, they are extremely responsive and always deliver top-quality results.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
PandaDoc helps us streamline the contracting process, while CPQ ensures our custom pricing is accurately reflected in the contract. At the same time, it's incredibly easy for our sales team to use, as the pricing process is structured as a quick questionnaire.
