Splendid and Superb
What do you like best about the product?
I love how simple and easy it is to draft up documents for customers to view. We use it every day and it makes it so easy to add to our CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to turn off the alignment tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a quicker way to enroll customers and set them up on plans that otherwise would take several weeks. Now it takes about one phone call.
Pandadoc Review
What do you like best about the product?
It makes sending documents convenient inside or outside the company. We mainly deal with students, and making them sign on-the-go without coming to the campus makes life much easier for them and for the company as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Pandadoc is pretty much perfect already. If anything, maybe make the loading wait more quicker and add a pen tool for when we like to touch up or cover something up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting e-signatures from the students who could not go personally to the school. Also, e-signatures are more professional looking. Along with getting e-signatures, having people to fill out forms on-the-go.

What do you like best about the product?
Pandadocs is our main platform for collecting signatures for contracts. It is easy to create template and documents to send for signature. But what I really love is the support Pandadocs gives- either via office hours or a team that follows up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pandadocs could use improved methods for integrating with word documents. The formatting can be problematic when moving between the two platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pandadocs has provided us with a very simple but comprehensive system to ensure our documents get signed and distributed upon execution. We love the ability to view and track the status of the document and the signing process.
Work is less complicated
What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc, and especially the app for myself, has been a great transition to going all digital with the company I work for. It has truly made the complicated and hard job that I have, simpler.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love using the PandaDoc app on my mobile phone, but it does not have quite all the same features as the browser version. But it’s so much easier to navigate than using the browser version on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With my particular job as an early interventionist, we have a lot of paperwork. PandaDoc has made it incredibly easy to transition to digital, using the same documents, but in a easier way to assimilate them to my families.

Panda doc makes it very easy to do all my online documents for my business and clients. It's very robust and the customer service is pretty solid.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price could always be a little better!

PandaDoc is a seamless product for payment and contracts.
What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about PandaDoc is the fillable forms for sending proposals and contracts. It is great that payment and signing can all be done on one form.
What do you dislike about the product?
The settings can be a bit difficult to understand when adjusting when payment is due with automated emails.

Integrating payment and signatures into one form.

User friendly, easily editable, very accurate, easy to define the most used templates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it hangs and refreshes. Therefore, needs double work. Shall have some autosave option.

Date function. I need to be able to type a valid date rather than current date object

Pricing table. Takes away a need to calculate. It auto populates based on quantity
Makes my clients lives and my life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Easement of data/document collection is key in the PEO industry. PandaDoc makes my life so much easier when it comes to this. Also, it comes across very well to a client and extends the same easement to them.

Wish it pulled all the info from salesforce opportunities
