What do you like best about the product?
PandaDoc is very easy to use, our partners who use it are very happy with the ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some clients are reluctant to use a virtual service that they are not familiar with.

It makes getting signatures very easy

What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and easy to use. I like that you do not need an account to sign documents and it's easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't found any dislikes about Panda Doc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting numerous and valuable documents signed and returned quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how you can simply drag in a PDF of a service agreement and then drag and drop boxes for where you want signatures and dates. I use it for all my agreements and clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides to using PandaDoc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of needing to get service agreements to clients easily and them having a smooth experience signing.

Great customer service

What do you like best about the product?
As a long time user of PandaDoc, I appreciate their quick responses to account questions . When your dealing with online companies sometimes customer service is slow doesn't address the issue the customer is having. PandaDoc seems to be fast and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that I had a problem with was finding the initial spot to start the customer service chat.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It stream lines the process from crating a document all the way to signatures and payment.

For me, it speeds up the entire process!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, it is easy to use and user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was stuck in the contract scanning runaround...as soon as I switched to PandaDoc, the time gap from contract sent to signature closed significantly, helping secure deals faster.

What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of PandaDoc is that some advanced features can be a bit complex to set up initially. Additionally, certain customization options could be more flexible to better suit specific business needs.

PandaDoc simplifies document management by automating the creation, tracking, and signing process. It eliminates the need for manual paperwork, reducing errors and saving time. What do you like best about the product?
It is so easy to send a document and I receive signatures fast as compared to when customers have to hand sign and then scan/email or fax them back to me. Close sales a lot faster!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some customers do not fully understand that the document was to be sent to the signer. They then forward the email they received which does not make for a legal signature when the new recipient signs it. The signature certificate names do not match so you have to contact the customer again to explain how e-signature's work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receive fast signatures and legible.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact we can create, amend and get documents signed with ease
What do you dislike about the product?
It is fustrating that as we are in the UK, when a ticket is raised the time difference is an issue due to uk working hours against the US. However not the end of the world.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Producing personalised documents that stand out from the basic uniform quotations etc produced from quoting platforms.
